They don’t seem to care or want to get your coffee right so many times I’ve got an iced coffee and it tasted horrible and then they lied and said that Duncan is not making the crumble anymore…which I found out that was a lie. The one on Allen and West Road in Woodhaven does it perfect I’m going to post what it should look like from the one in Woodhaven. And the girls in Eureka Duncan they’re not friendly

I went there on a Saturday at 8 got a vanilla ice-cream cake from the freezer. Asked for a seat didnt get one in hand or in the bag which was rude. Get home to eat it since y’know can’t just eat it there. It’s already hard to cut open like a rock despite the trip home and getting situated. Then it reeked of the freezer not the box the actual cake I taste it. No vanilla or icing taste only the taste of the freezer since it was freezer burnt. So obviously I don’t eat it bring it back next day around 4 and explain my issue just to be told that I was the one who picked it and it was the flavor I wanted. When no I wanted vanilla not freezer burnt trash. I was told they make the cakes there which means it should be dated and it wasn’t I was told I ate half of the cake when it’s barley a quarter of it gone. Then when I asked for corporates number they just tell me they don’t have one which is a lie. I wasn’t even going to ask for a refund more like a in store exchange since I still wanted my cake just a good one at least since I spent 33 dollars on just the cake but my full bill was 52 dollars since I got two three scoop cones. But overall rude service, awful food, and nasty store, no dates, and terrible food handling.

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews, but I got the cookie butter latte iced version, seems like a seasonal item but it was delicious! Love that Dunkin isn’t as sweet as other coffee shops. Also to the person that complained about too much cheese on the bagel: that’s the best part, lol! One thing I’d like to mention is sometimes there might be a language barrier and so I try to talk louder and more clear/slow when saying my order.

They just dropped my braided apple pie in the bag and covered it with napkins. It was not inside a proper food wrap. Along with not even having the topping garnish that it’s supposed to come with. Drinks turn out fine every time though!

The food and drinks are almost always right, which is the only positive thing I have to say about this location. If you’d like to wait 45 minutes for your order, this is the location you should go to. My fiance finished his LARGE drink by the time they finally gave us our food, which was cold at that point. Additionally, the staff is very unfriendly you will almost never have a conversation with anyone there, as well as start to look for you order and forget about it SEVERAL times. I used to like this location, but it just keeps getting worse and worse, very disappointed.

I’ve always had a bad experience with customer service. It’s one female in particular . She looks unpleasant and mean and she has often rolled her eyes and said something negative in her language about my request. The staff needs coaching on skills with people.

First time I went into Dunkin’ Donuts I actually went inside had a great experience. Today I went through the drive-through Gave my order at the speaker pulled up at the window had to give her my order again and wait for my order well they filled it then. I also spent $2.50 on their mini pancakes which are 1/3 the size of a silver dollar pancakes and only got six of them. On top of that I ordered a dozen donuts and only got 11.

Went at 9:45pm today and was rudely told at the drive thru “we’re closed bro”. So we drove to the brownstown location, then on our way home it was after 10 and they were still open. So it appears they flat out lied to us about being closed, despite the signage and lights in the front saying open, as well as google

A very clean and seemingly newer donut shop. The donut selection was fresh and varied and the ones we took home with us were delicious. They also serve a good variety of breakfast sandwiches all day. The sandwiches we had were warm and tasty. The restrooms were clean and well stocked too. The staff were friendly and quick to help. And my coffee ☕ was just right
