Stumbled upon this gem a few years ago. Their taquitos are my favorite in the metroplex – they never disappoint. Their dips and pickled onions are magic. And I finally tried their fried chicken today. So moist, great flavors, not overly salty or seasoned. I love me some Korean fried chicken, Popeyes habanero wings, some Laos fried or bbq chicken. Costeno’s chicken is definitely on the same caliber of flavors, texture, and quality.

When I began to eat their “pollo con tajada”, they were negligent in the kitchen and included a piece of wire in my food. That is unacceptable for any business involved in the food industry. Im genuinely concerned how such an item could’ve entered the food prep station in the first place. DON’T COME HERE. Save yourself the trouble.
