Went through the drive thru. For those new, it’s a very simple menu. Pretty much just pick how many chicken tenders you want – as it all comes in similar meals (with chicken tenders, bread, Cole slaw, fires, and canes sauce (what kind of makes it).
They keep it simple and good. Fries were crispy, Cole slaw is good, chicken had some crunch and was moist. Dipping everything in canes sauce (which it comes with) makes it all better too. The bread is the only part that is always meh.
Like most fast food nowadays, workers could care less. Slow drive thru times. Could barely understand the order taker (was a big mumbler). But that’s how it goes.
Overall it’s good, but if they don’t tighten things up on service, it’ll just be another fast food fad / a location you skip when in Willoughby.

We had an amazing experience at raising cane’s yesterday when we went. It was my first time ever going to one of their restaurants and I was pleasantly surprised at several things: 1. How beautiful, well decorated and clean the restaurant was! 2. How polite and friendly the personnel treated us. 3. How delicious their food was!!! Those chicken tenders were out of this world! That chicken was extremely juicy, tasty, and it melted at every bite. Their cane’s sauce was pairing perfectly with it making it completely addictive! And their fries and coleslaw were delicious too! The bread was warm, well toasted and melted in your mouth as well! Seriously, I am so upset I haven’t tried raising canes earlier but I am definitely going to be back for more!! What a great combo meal!!!!!

It’s sad how quickly the quality went down at this location. I don’t think it has been open for more than a year. It appears to be suffering the same fate as most other places; crews that can’t follow their training.
We picked up 2 Caniac Combos tonight (Jan. 22, 2026), coleslaws tasted like they were in the fridge for a month, the fries were half-cooked. We had to put them in our air fryer to cook them the rest of the way when we got home.
Then it appeared that somebody took the liberty to add their own “improvement” to the breading on the chicken fingers. Usually, the fingers are perfectly lightly and evenly coated. These looked like somebody double or triple coated them to where they were more like KFC’s extra crispy chicken. And just like KFC’s extra crispy chicken, our Cane’s fingers were flavorless and tasted too oily.
This isn’t a one-off, either. We had issues the previous two times but I don’t feel like typing that out now.
Tonight was the last straw for this location. And the other location in Mentor is too far away to bother going to for fingers and fries.
My list of places to not go back to grew by one today.
Instead of raising Cane, they need to focus on raising the quality of their workers and their work ethics.
I mean, it’s JUST chicken and fries! Get it right!

They have the best managers and staff. No matter how I’m feeling I always leave feeling better, as some days are better than others with my pain. I prefer to go somewhere where they value their customers and this is the place. This specific location is amazing but Canes is my favorite. S/o to all the younger generations that give exemplary service it actually means the world.

New to the area. My wife and I come this restaurant for a little while now and the food is great service is great. But tonight we went through it was different… the lady asked if we wanted any sauces we said yes and only gave the chicken dipping sauce and no ketchup after asking if we wanted it. Plus our food tasted like it’s been sitting for a while.. the chicken was dry,and cold on the inside… the fries where hard and way to salty… i will say tho the Mentor location is on top of everything. 10/10! Definitely after tonight we won’t be coming back to this location due to the service we got!

From the moment I walked in the staff was welcoming and treated my toddler extra special giving her an extra toy not part of the kid meal. The store was the cleanest I’ve seen from any fast food restaurant and I will enjoy going back to this canes anytime we go out to eat.

New Cane’s and one of the best in the area. The food was noticeably better than what I’ve received from Cane’s recently; the chicken was so juicy and the Texas Toast was so well-buttered and delicious. And the soda was not watered down like what I’ve gotten at some other places. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick!

Great experience. I found the dining area clean when I arrived. My order was promptly taken and my food arrived shortly afterward. Everything was hot and fresh. After I was finished eating, I had a pleasant conversation with a manager. He genuinely wanted feedback and seemed to care.
I was just visiting the Greater Cleveland area. If I lived in the area, I would definitely return to this location.
