Would not return here honestly, the staff here have ZERO customer service skills and are clearly glued to their phones. I understand that it’s not busy, but being aware of your surroundings is important to not only you as the employee but also your customers. They lack zero social skills tbh and seemed rather snotty. My mother was ordering an ice cream for us but instead we were given a scoop of attitude after my mother tried explaining what she wanted, which was one scoop and a waffle cone to the side.
The girl then said, “but the cone is too big for the cup” implying exactly what we didn’t want. My mother explained it to her multiple times and yet the girl still wasn’t getting it. So my mom backed away due to her getting frustrated and not wanting to start a fight.
I think apologized to the girl for the way my mother was getting frustrated but the girl still didn’t give a shit and because upset more at me. I did nothing. After, I got my shake from her and the lid wasn’t on completely and they overfilled it so I dropped it on myself. I don’t think it’s right that I was the one who took the worst hit from them. To make it worst the employees just keep staring at me and were laughing as I was outside covered in chocolate.
Truth be told, the company needs to train their employees better, if not, I fear this baskin robins will have to shut down due to its poor customer service.

Ice Cream is good and the location is convenient for me, but the employees really need to work on their costumer service skills towards their guests. Everytime I go no one ever says hi or welcome. Sometimes they don’t even look up from their phones. It is a very disconcerting atmosphere. Won’t be going back.

We frequent this Baskin Robins regularly. I give it 4 stars only because most of the tables were really dirty and the two young men behind counter were not doing anything but standing around. Although they were both friendly.
I had the pistachio almond on sugar cone which I think is one of the best pistachio almond around. My daughter got the Jamaica almond fudge which she loves.
I would still recommend getting ice cream here if you are in the area.

Recent visit with elder mother as I returned to LC. I was shocked and disgusted with the facility. Tables/trash cans/floor/counter/ice cream freezers were dirty and gross. I don’t care how good the ice cream is when the place is filthy. Notice the paint peeling into the ice cream. That can’t be good. The visit was on Friday 3/22 at approximately 2pm. No reason for BR to be so filthy.

I’ve always loved BR in Las Cruces, super friendly staff and always willing to try something out of their comfort zone!
I’ve been there before asking for a “crunchy caramel shake”, it’s something I used to get all the time in other countries’ BRs and while they admitted they had no idea what I was talking about they said they could try if I somewhat guided them through it!
More recently I wanted a dinosaur shaped cake for my daughter’s birthday, needless to say they went above and BEYOND! Just to be sure I would like the cake they gave me TWO options to pick from, now I don’t know the name of the girl that made it but it was phenomenal! Way better than what I had in mind!
All around good vibes from these guys, I hope they never lose their energy and spunk! Thank you for helping make my daughter’s birthday that much more special!!

This place is horrible. The staff is always in the worst mood like ur just scooping some ice cream? There’s never anyone else in there and today there was 3 girls working as soon as we come in 2 ran to the back the other girl just stared at us like she’s so bothered that she has to do her job. It’s so embarrassing like ur life is so horrible u have to scoop ice cream oh no!!! Lame experience and it’s always like this. Just close this place it’s trashed always and the staff is so lazy and bothered it’s so annoying. Ice cream is good tho tbh. Oh and also just got to cold stone instead they are usually nice more expensive but worth the price
