I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable making a purchase anywhere before. The person who took care of me was rude, clearly didn’t care about customer service or the way they come across to people. I was greeted with them yelling “pick up or online order?!” When I was placing the order they were slamming around the buttons on the pos. As another person came in to order it was the same greeting with a snide comment about having to make more pizzas. The stuffed pizzas I got have holes all around the crust and have caused a huge mess of my over baking them. I will NEVER order at this location. I shouldn’t be uncomfortable going into a business to buy something. I understand having a bad day but as someone who has worked in the service industry for 10+ years, I would never take it out on the customers!

Pizza was okay although my kids wouldn’t eat it. Cinnamon monkey bread was soggy as it had so much liquid it was sitting in and more buttery than cinnamon. Cookie dough was a joke, it said eat raw or bake so I baked a batch and they liquefied right away and burned. They weren’t done in the middle but burnt all around the outside. Obviously not good for baking. So we got a pizza, cinnamon monkey bread and cookie dough and I’m making something else to eat for us. Waste of money and we only get takeout once in a while since I’m a single mother.
I do have to say that the young gentleman that took my order and prepared my pizza was very nice and the pizza was prepared correctly.
I will not be going back or recommending this place to others. I would really like to take it all back for a refund…

Ordered online & went to pick up on crutches they were extremely helpful by opening my car door & bringing the pizza to the car for me. Plus closed my door also. They have handicap parking & entrance. We got the thin crust it was delicious.

Who is the manager of this place? Who ever you are DO BETTER! Friday @ 6:45pm arrived, open sign on, door locked. Called no answer. Workers seem me at the door than ran onto the back! What kind of business is this? Pretty messed up! Won’t be going here anymore! Pic and video to prove what happened.

Wonderful ❤️ Place to Pick up Beautiful Heat at Home Pizza. Only Draw back was The Low Wait Staff The Young Person at the Register wasn’t Even Trained to take Orders. And there Were only 2 people working. And I had to Stand and Wait 30mins or more Just For my Order to be made. Order Ahead of time to Avoid the Wait. But All in All very delicious food and Even has limited size Gluten free Pizza with Many options ☀️

Get pizza’s from this location frequently.. probably at least once or twice each month. Usually wouldn’t get there till early or mid evening. Staff there tends to be fairly young.. I’m certain all are HS age. But they are spot on all the time! They clearly know the process and my waits are never long. Pizza’s are consistently great and each of the staff those evenings are extremely friendly.
Tonight got in a bit earlier than my typical. Most of the younger staff I recognized. The lady than rang me up was friendly to me but I noticed she would constantly address her coworkers as kids.. “the kids will have yur stuff ready”.. “the kids are working on this”.. “the kids will have yur order right up”. Was only there 15 minutes as it was busier than I normally see there.. but I’m certain she make remarks like that at least 3 times.
I’m quite a few years from being a “kid” myself but I’m certain this lady’s co-workers would rather be addressed as her co-workers.. or better yet.. their names.. vs being constantly referred to as kids. They are each doing wonderful jobs. I think they could be at very least referred to as a coworker. Just my thought and perhaps a recommendation.
