I had to make a medical delivery in Easton, Maryland, and decided to stop at the Domino’s on Dover Street to grab one of their $9.99 pizza deals with any toppings before heading back to Virginia. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the quick stop even better. The pizza was fresh, loaded with toppings, and absolutely delicious, just what I needed after a long day. Next time I’m in town, I’ll definitely be stopping by again for another pizza and that same great service!

I was originally going to grab some thin crust from pizza hut because one of my family members prefers it, however, pizza hut couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone, two times I called, and the third time they hung it up. I’m not the type to simply walk into a place and order and wait there for it. So, I called domino’s. Phone was answered in five seconds, and the gentlemen who answered the phone even helped me by telling me to get two larges instead of one large and one medium, because he could save me money that way with a deal.

I ordered a pizza to pick up. The person told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the store and they hadn’t placed my order and that they had forgotten. A member of staff told me they would place my order and that they only needed 15 minutes. I came back in 20 minutes and the person was angry and told me to leave the store. I won’t give you anything! Terrible service.

Despite their posted hours saying they’re open until 12 am, we arrived at 11:20 pm only to find the door locked. There were two employees inside, who clearly saw us trying to get in, yet they said nothing. They just stood there, watching us struggle with the door, without offering any explanation or even acknowledging us. Is this how customers should be treated? This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

We ordered delivery on a Saturday night at around 7ish, only took about 45mins on a busy Saturday night for them to get me my food, David the driver had the best personality, and apologized for it taking longer than usual, which I thought it got to my home pretty quick! David said they were understaffed that night and thanked us for ordering to keep his job going!! David deserves a raise for his kindness! Thanks again Easton dominos!

While visiting I picked up several pizzas here and both times the staff is cool and friendly. Besides one older/taller pizza maker guy, who was a bit loud each time I visited. He kinda worked my anxiety but the others got a cool vibe. I was also bummed once when they didn’t have change for a hundo. I had to go to 2 different places looking for change. So that could’ve been better but the pizza was also just as I asked for it and perfectly cooked. Thanks guys!
