Unfortunately this is the 3rd bad experience in the last 3 times to the Breckinridge Rd location. 1st was out of chicken – 30 minute wait, 2nd out of fajita vegetables – 20 minutes- we will need to cut some and cook, 3rd time out of soft drinks, out of bowls, out of cheese, serving portion was about half of normal, most tables, booths and chairs were filthy and someone walked in went behind the counter and started fixing themselves dinner – no uniform, no apron, no nothing that says they work there. I can see being being out of stuff around close or a few minutes to wait, but these trips are at 5 PM. It’s really a shame. This was a good place to go for dinner.

I’ve literally been standing next in line for over 20 minutes while they keep getting online orders and processing them ahead of me. The line is out the door and all they care about are the online orders. They have made 30+ burritos and bowls while we have been waiting.

No one out front to greet or take my order. And they left them work area where they make your food nasty. Hasn’t been wiped up in awhile because u can see dried up food where it’s been sitting. Then the woman at 3 pm came from back and said it will be awhile plz sit . The order was placed online several mins ago and no other cust was in line. There is no reason why this place should be nasty and my order not made. If u don’t want to work here then find a new job. Disgusting. I will never come here again for a food delivery because they don’t care about the customers ordering online. And I won’t come here as a paying customer for obvious reasons

All the workers were so nice. The food was sooooo good and I went there at like 8pm. They weren’t even annoyed I was there late eating with my daughter. 10/10 experience, very hard to find a quick service restaurant nowadays that has workers that enjoy their job, and have fresh food on night shift, and treat the customers right. Great job all around.
