The order was not completed correctly. The sauce they gave with the calzone and a sauce was ordered for the pizza was cold straight from the refrigerator. The personal Pizza had mushrooms when it wasn’t supposed to and the calzone was supposed to be a deluxe. Calzone was flat and pepperoni some cheese.

Went for dinner, floors needed swept. But the worsr part is that the pepsi machine ice dispenser was full of mold. My thought is if i can see that mold what does the soda dispensers look like because they are obviously cleaning the machine properly, if at all… Major health safety issue!!!

Ordered a salad that was supposed to come with cheese and of course no cheese!! I called and the manager said well we can remake it or give you a credit. I said well not coming back tonight we live on other side of town in country. He said ok we will give you a $3 credit like really my salad was 8.99 I didn’t order it with no cheese. It’s not my fault you guys didn’t get my order right !!

We used to love Cassanos here in Piqua, but every time this one girl works my pizza is messed up. Tonight it was so rubbery but also looked like it wasn’t done. I called and since we threw away the pizza and didn’t drive it back (which they charge for delivery so why should a customer have to drive back!?) they gave me a $3 credit!!! This lady that works looks like she hates her job and is rude. Whenever she’s not there the pizza actually turns out good. I hate leaving bad reviews but it wasn’t our mistake. They could’ve at least gave me my $5 credit I had from ordering so much back.

You never know what the quality will be like at this location, which is extremely disappointing given the price point. We tend to wait a couple years then try again, and we are rarely glad we did.

We ordered an extra large pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and extra sauce. An order of chicken wings with ranch dressing.
No extra sauce on our pizza. No ranch and I paid extra for. Also waited 45 minutes for our pizza. Price rounded $34.00. Also $5 tip for driver. Not worth it! Won’t order again!
