The restaurant was clean, and the employees were nice. The food tasted good, however, the portions on the fries were heavily reduced. A large would generally always get me a large cup filled with fries and always overflowing into the bag. But this time i got it in a small bag, and it was 30-40% less than the usual amount. I don’t like how they put so little now, especially since they still charge almost $10 for the large fries. I asked the employees and they said this is the new large and they no longer do the cup.

Ordered online and was in and out quick with my order upon arrival. The staff greeted me as I walked in which was nice. The Five Guys burgers are always sensational, along with their generous helping of fries. You can never go wrong with Five Guys, and this location is nice clean, and properly run. Would definitely come back for more.

Service here is always top tier! My dad and I always enjoy placing orders the food and customer service is always AMAZING! They get us right every time, and always I’m always helped with a smile. It’s the little things like that, that make the difference in us not going to any other Five Guys but this one. They’re the one, not the two.

I paid $29 for two little cheeseburgers and one large fry…and half of one of my burgers was missing. Either that or there buns are too big for the skimpy little burgers they are serving. For the price I paid they should be serving a half inch thick burger that’s at least 3 inches across. Very disappointed ☹️

My experience was absolutely amazing customer service was perfect they were on point with everything food came out really fast and made with care and love I came in with my disabled mother they even went as far as helping us with the door as we left so all the way around the board the service was spectacular and I will definitely be back

I usually get cheeseburger and fries. I guess the cheeseburger’s taste depends on who’s making it. Some days it’s out of this world and other days it’s just tasteless. They are also quite pricey although they do have a generous portion of fries.
