Federal Donuts is fantastic, but these franchised locations are not executing all details properly.
I’ve ordered through this location twice now and on both occasions I have had donuts missing in my order. The most recent order had two donuts missing in addition to this absolutely massive chicken finger. I mean wow…banana for scale.
If they can figure out operationally whatever they are doing wrong I would recommend visiting as the food tastes great when they give it to you.

I absolutely love the new location it’s so nice and cute inside! The staff is phenomenal and great service ! I got a pumpkin doughnut it was so good! Definitely will be back !

The chicken was heavenly! Hard to explain why it was so good because it doesn’t have special seasoning and though the dipping sauce (honey mustard) was delicious, the chicken stands great on its own. My attempt to describe why: just perfectly salted, perfectly crisped, and tender, quality chicken. The donuts, oh don’t get me started I’ll simply say the blueberry old fashioned tasted like it had blueberries picked from the same morning and made right before I ordered it.

You need to update your times. If I arrive at 7:15, when your site says you open at 7a, there’s one female in the store, who won’t even come to the door to answer my question, “what time will you open”, that’s an issue. Very unprofessional. Hire better people. Hire more people.

As always the donuts don’t disappoint. Delicious! The lack of customer service skills of the employees is poor. No acknowledgement of customers. No smiling. For what these donuts cost it sure would help if these employees were personable and friendly.
