Terrible experience and service. I feel very disappointed. As one of the workers handed back my card, they dropped it and just did an awkward face and shut the window. Although i did get an apology, it gets worse. They told me to pull up more and to wait for my order, and thats what i did. A worker came up to me and gave me the wrong food, and didnt care to apologize. I only asked for 3 ice creams and some shrimp. And heres this, i made sure to ask for EXTRA lemon and guess what happened when i finally got my shrimp? No lemon. I asked for lemon 3 times, just to double check that i got what i paid for, not a single droplet of lemon. I am sincerely disappointed. I will be sticking to Mcdonalds.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here, and a huge part of that is because of Sadie. From the moment I walked in, Sadie made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued, not just as a customer, but as a person. Her attitude, kindness, and professionalism stood out immediately, and it’s clear that she truly cares about what she does and the people she serves.
Sadie went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, taking the time to explain things clearly and making recommendations that showed real knowledge and attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who brings such a positive energy to their job, and it honestly made my entire visit better. Employees like Sadie are the reason people come back.
I’m incredibly happy with the service I received and truly grateful that Sadie works here—she’s a major asset to this place and represents it in the best possible way. On top of everything, my order even came with a free ice cream cup, which was such a thoughtful and generous surprise that completely made my day.
This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be coming back, and I hope Sadie gets the recognition she deserves for the amazing work she does.

If I could give zero stars that would be more appropriate. I thought I would give this location another chance, big mistake. I ordered my food at 5:12pm and picked up at 5:18pm, so it’s not like this food was sitting around waiting for me. My chicken sandwich was ICE COLD, completely inedible the cheese didn’t even melt that’s how cold it was, took a couple bites and the texture was gross too, fries and mashed potatoes were also cold. It was not busy and either way this is completely unacceptable. Never had an issue at other local locations. Will NEVER return.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I’m a driver for DoorDash and came in to pick up an order. They said it wasn’t ready yet. Totally fine. Five minutes goes by past the pick up time I ask again how much longer it’ll be I realize they haven’t even started on the order. Another five minutes goes by I see that they’re clearly focused on the drive-through and still have yet to even put a single item in the bag for my order. After an entire 15 minutes of waiting because DoorDash wouldn’t let me unassigned the order they finally handed me the order and I mentioned how it’s ridiculous of the wait time she says “ Well, clock it then” In a snotty attitude. This was at 9:30 PM and it was not even particularly busy. The staff had time to talk to their friends that came in as well. At least two staff were talking to friends while I’m sitting here waiting for an order that hasn’t even been started.

Feeling quite disrespected. Walked in to order a late lunch, as im working around the corner, and the person at the register had 2 women in line. She took their order and I know she saw me standing out of the way so other customers could walk by. As soon as the 2 women were done ordering, the clerk looked over at 2 other women who just walked in the door and started taking their order. Sorry but I dont have a ton of time to take a lunch and now I wont be eating any lunch today because I didnt have time to wait. I was the only person standing there waiting, and she saw me walk in and stand there waiting. Never has anything like this happened before, and every other Culvers I’ve been to has been on point, and things like this has happened, but every other time, the clerk at least acknowledged me, and I usually let the other customer order first still. I guess ill be bringing a bagged lunch with me for the remainder of this project.

We always would come here and get our concrete mixers because they always did it right. Which they never BLENDED the bananas or the strawberry and we can actually see the Chocolate syrup in the cup. Whoever is the manager at night needs to be retrained. Got our order wrong and tried to make my mom think she was in the wrong about how the mixers were made. We’ll look at the picture! It’s supposed to be CHUNKY with the syrup showing. Terrible customer service.

I would say that this is a good Culver’s…But it pales to the Culver’s at 6 miles cypress in Fort Myers Florida…In the Fort Myers location you can actually taste the butter in the Butterburgers ! Boy they are delicious…You might want to send someone there to learn their secrer.. Just saying…If you are a snowbird check it out!

Location sucks. ordered something in early November. All wrong. I called and Brooklyn said she would send out coupons for the mistake. Its been almost 2 months and 3 phone calls. Nothing. Horrible customer service.

I got a spicy chicken sandwich with a ton of mayo on it(did not ask for extra mayo btw)got home took a bite almost puked.called the store the manager or the owner told me they would reimburse me for the meal that was more than a month ago so I go back month later pretty sure I was talking to the same person about my last meal.they said they would reimburse me.a week later none of that has happend.crappy food crappy management -5 stars

I got food to bring home to my family and they messed up my mom’s order completely and then my 8 chicken tenders are cold and we’re given COLD. This is not the first time I receive bad service from this place, I will not be returning to the Plano location and will go out my way to Yorkville to receive better service and food. The other times I have ordered it’s always messed up so thank you guys for messing up my order and leaving me with a bad night after work.
