Visited the new Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers location and it was great. The place is clean, the service is fast, and the food is just as delicious as always. Consistently one of my favorite restaurants. Highly recommended!

Kinda sad, I said extra sauce not replace my Cole slaw with a sauce. Should’ve asked if you guys were unsure.

I had stopped coming here for awhile because something was wrong with my order each time. Always missing something even if I paid extra for it. Gave it another chance the other day and guess what? My family’s order was wrong yet again! I’ll just have to drive a little further and go to the other location off 121 from now on. They are good about getting my order right!

My food was not prepared correctly. I ordered a three finger combo. I requested a Bob. I also requested everything extra crispy and extra salt on my french fries I received none of the above. The young person that was assisting me seems like they were In a rush. There was a little piece of hair in my food as I was eating it. Didn’t even finish eating

They can’t get a order right. Missing items and I pay extra for sauces and never received them. This has occurred multiple times but I work retail and understand mistakes but over and over is ridiculous.

I went here with my boss after a good days work. We were very exhausted and hungry. My boss has a speech impediment and has an issue ordering at restaurants. In addition, I am on a dirty keto diet, and order the chicken tenders naked-bird style (which is kind of a funny order). Luckily, Sheqinah (who was working the register) was very patient and listened carefully to ensure the order was correct. Sheqinah’s excellent customer service made the experience nice and easy. Furthermore, the food was absolutely delicious. Everything came out hot and fresh, and tasted great. Uriah was the cook responsible for our delicious food, and he made sure that it came out to us quickly. Uriah’s amazing cooking skills, combined with his great customer service also made the experience very pleasant. Big THANK YOU to Uriah and Sheqinah for the work they do. They made our experience one to remember. Will definitely recommend this particular location to my friends.

Raising Cane’s is a place that knows exactly what it’s about—chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, toast, coleslaw, and that famous Cane’s sauce. I stopped in recently, and overall, I had a really good experience that earned them four solid stars.
The food was the highlight of my visit. The chicken fingers were hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy on the outside while still juicy inside. You can tell they’re made to order because they didn’t have that “sitting under a heat lamp” taste or texture. The fries were seasoned just right, and when dipped in the sauce, they hit the spot. The Texas toast was buttery, warm, and had that golden crisp on the edges that made it more than just a side item—it actually felt like part of the meal. I also tried the coleslaw, and while it was fresh and crunchy, it’s not quite as exciting as the other items on the menu, though that might just come down to personal taste.
The Cane’s sauce definitely lives up to its reputation—it’s tangy, creamy, and savory all at once. Honestly, it pulls the whole meal together and makes every bite better. I can see why people rave about it.
The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept. Tables were wiped down quickly, the drink station was stocked and tidy, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff was polite and friendly, greeting customers as they came in, and they seemed genuinely upbeat. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is that the service, while friendly, was a little on the slower side. It wasn’t a huge wait, but a bit longer than what I usually expect from a fast-casual spot like this.
All in all, Raising Cane’s is consistently good at what they do. They don’t overcomplicate the menu, and because of that, they’ve mastered their specialty. If you’re in the mood for chicken fingers and comfort food sides done right, this is definitely a place worth visiting.
