Overall this place was just okay. The service was good and the food was decent. The prices just don’t match the quality at all- would be more likely to go back for the Lunch menu because I think they do the simple dishes better. The feta dip was good but nothing special, husband said oysters were good but short rib was just okay. We ordered appetizers and our main food came out less than 2 minutes later- the table was tiny so we had to stack things and the waiter tried to take our appetizer that had just come out to make space.. not sure why they didn’t time the entrees better. What will stop us from going back is paying $65 for a small steak (which the steak and sauce were very good, no complaints about that) BUT frozen fries? If you want to have high end prices you have to have quality ingredients to match it! Pictures included were after the first bite, so don’t judge the presentation on that.. it was a lot better when brought out.. everything was plated very nice originally!
Just disappointed in the quality vs price

I stopped by Georgie’s in Midland, Texas, and had an outstanding experience. The atmosphere is sophisticated and upper class, making it a perfect place to unwind in a refined setting. From the moment we walked in, everything felt polished and well put together.
The drinks were excellent, and the food was just as impressive. Everything came out hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can tell they take pride in both quality and consistency. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a great meal and premium cocktails in an elevated environment.
Valerie was our bartender, and she absolutely took care of us. She was attentive, professional, and quick with our drinks while maintaining a great attitude the entire time. Her service truly elevated the experience.
If you’re in Midland and looking for a sophisticated, upper-class dining experience with exceptional service, Georgie’s is definitely worth the visit. I’ll be back.

Gerogie’s Restaurant was such a great experience! The food was delicious and different from most places around here. The drinks were amazing, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Perfect spot for a date night or girls’ night I definitely recommend it!

We had the pleasure of attending Georgie’s last week and can’t wait to go back. The beef carpaccio was outstanding, the champagne cart is such a fun touch (the house champagne is phenomenal), and the petit fours were the perfect ending.

The space is beautiful. Big round booths are perfect for groups and comfortable.

We only got to try a portion of the menu, but what we experienced was exceptional. Already planning our next reservation to work through the full dinner menu.

Highly recommend!

New restaurant. Had to try it. Pleasantly surprised. It is located inside WestTexas National Bank building. Sports modern, aerated decor with large windows. Has a european vibe. French style food. Varied menu for every taste. Lots of healthy choices. Impressive quality. Very tasty. Attentive service. Overall, very enjoyable experience. Will definitely come back.

Moving away and spent my last meal here. I’ve enjoyed the owner’s other resultants for years and Chip is certainly a staple restaurateur of midland. Foremost, our server Deanna was polite knowledgeable despite only having been open for three weeks. I had a signature gin drink – fleur de lit – which was wonderfully floral and light. We shared the avocado with tuna as an appetizer, both of which were very flavorful but especially the tuna tartare. I had the chicken with a robust sauce and my father had the salmon which was as amazing as always. To finish we had the petit fours.

Something special in midland that makes me feel simultaneously at home and as if I am receiving the experience of a much larger city.

My friend and I went during happy hour and it was great. The appetizers and menu cocktails were half off and they were so good. The tio’s spritz was very refreshing.

Love that midland is expanding with new upscale restaurants such as Georgie’s Place. The food was excellent, vibes and aesthetic resemble a well balanced mix of high end luxury with intimacy.

This was my second time in and it was terribly disappointing. The server said they were out of menu items they in fact were not out of. Our server eventually got 3 out of 4 orders wrong. Then continued to get them wrong once sent back. Our group was polite and just ate what we eventually had in front of us. When the manager (maybe assistant) asked how our meal was then was very patronizing. I was actually shocked how unprofessional he was. The wine was a whole other issue. The server argued “by the glass” options weren’t actual option. The customer service was awful, they did offer us dessert as a consolation and didn’t offer to comp any of the wrong meals. The appetizers were the highlight of the experience. I don’t recommend until they have some time under their belt.
