I was surprised at the quality of food given this restaurant is situated inside the Renaissance hotel. My steak was tender and a decent cut of beef. The vegetables fresh and the potatoes au gratin were ridiculously tasty. The server (I think he said Quincy?) was also friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s definitely worth trying if you’re already in the hotel.

Great service from Quincia. The shrimp & grits were good and she made the experience outstanding. This is our goto hotel and restaurant when we are staying close to the airport.

This is a fairly standard hotel restaurant connected to the main lobby of the hotel. It is easy walking distance from the Convention Center hotels.

Based on the existing reviews, I chose this restaurant over the others nearby. The good news is that the service was excellent. The people were friendly, efficient, and quick.

The decor is generic, but just fine.

The food itself was mixed. The wine and fries were good, but the blackened chicken sandwich was moderately overcooked and sometimes quite chewy. Tasted fine, though.

The prices were high, but as expected for an airport hotel with no competition nearby. Therefore I gave it 4 stars. Not as good as it could be, but mostly as expected.

One last point. On this particular Friday night, they had a lobby DJ playing loud somewhat distorted music starting around 7:30pm. Don’t go then if you want a quiet meal.

Typical hotel restaurant, basic and expensive. It didn’t help that they served me a undercooked chicken sandwich that I sent back. That made for a very unpleasant evening. They took the sandwich off the bill, but wouldn’t remove the drink. The cocktail was so so. The hotel did look nice though.

I was staying at the Hilton down the street from the exquisite Renaissance Hotel when I walked by this simple, but elegant restaurant. I ordered the shrimp and grits and loved it! The dish was piping hot and included a generous portion of baby shrimp. spicy sausage and perfectly made grits. A saxophone player in the lobby and great waitress made this a memorable experience.

Bartender Nathan was great, made a great old fashion. Wings were amazing, turkey club was on point and the margarita pizza was not even better than a frozen pizza from Mama Celeste or Ellios pizza. Overall nice spot

Fried green tomatoes need a protein … and serving it with Caesar dressing is lazy. Shrimp and grits are served with cheese … why would it need cheese? Should have its own sauce from the andouille and shrimp if made well – poor advertising here as I don’t recall cheese being noted as an ingredient. Also, the serving size is insanely large but makes up for the price. It will feed a family of 4. Cocktail menu is tacky but the peach old fashioned is nice. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable though. Too nice of a hotel to have a disappointing food experience.

if you are close this is an excellent place to grab a bite to eat… wife had the BBQ salad and enjoyed… I had the blackened chicken sandwich which was pretty good… fries were really good… the peach cornbread is more desert than starter but I reccomend it…

Love. Love. Love. The food was amazing and the ambiance was perfect. You can have a business meeting, have a drink at the bar, work remotely, and/or have a nice formal dinner. Be prepared to spend around $25+ for your entree. If you like iced tea, they have some of the best iced tea I’ve ever had. I actually got a to-go cup. Lol

Price was high for the taste and slowness of the food being serve. Very salty flavors.

Hotel is conveniently located easy to commute to airport.

Server was good and friendly.
