Every time I wanted taco John for breakfast, lunch, dinner they take too long to make my order, even when there is no one in the lobby and no one in front of me. I always love Taco Johns sweet tea, and I like to order sweet tea with my meal, but for some reason this taco johns store/restaurant never has sweet tea. They give off some sort of excuse on why they don’t have specifically sweet tea. At first it was that there is a shortage of sweet tea, I asked them if they have black tea, they said yes. I asked them if they have sugar, they said yes. I told them then there is no shortage of sweet tea. I even said to them how come all the other taco johns chains have sweet tea and you don’t? I haven’t had a straight forward answer yet. Their latest thing with the sweet tea, asked them if they have sweet tea and all they said is we have tea and if you want sweet tea we can give you some sugar packets. If want to make some sweet tea I can make it at home but I’m not always home and I expect that if sweet tea is on the menu. I EXPECT TO HAVE SWEET TEA AND NOT MAKE IT MY SELF. So I don’t consider trusting this place because I see them as being lazy

The food was not that great. The service was on par with the food. When asked if we could sub soft taco in place of crunchy, we was told we couldn’t. The place was not clean and was a mess. I will not be eating at another taco John’s. This makes the second time I’ve tried and both experiences were not great.

Loveland is our favorite TJ’s! They employees work really hard to deliver hot, fresh food. Every time we’ve visited in the early afternoon it’s been delicious and clean! We’re so happy that the original sauce is back too! We actually stopped eating at TJ’s when they stopped offering their original sauce and we had been eating at TJ’s for decades! Keep up the hard work TJ’s TEAM!!!

Trash. Went through the drive through an hour before they closed, hours are very clearly on the sign and they told me we’re closed for the night, slammed the window and that was it. You’re better off going to berthoud instead. This location has gone downhill so bad, just go to Taco Bell up the street.

Please don’t go there. I asked for a plastic bag about 9:00 today. She picked up the brown paper bag slammed it on the counter and told me its fine. She then threw the plastic bag at me and screamed have a nice day. I said obviously” better than you because your miserable over a plastic bag”. I will Never going back there!!!!PATHEDIC OVER A BAG. HATE TO SEE WHAT SHE DO IF SOMEONE ASKED FOR A STRAW.

Went in for a quick snack got a soda and 2 churros. The girl at the window made a mistake told me it was 19$ I corrected her and she looked at her co workers and rolled her eyes didn’t think too much of it thought maybe she’s having a bad day so drove off and as soon as I took a drink of my soda it tasted like chemicals!! I don’t want to think that they were being dispiteful but I don’t know why my soda would taste like that but I asked my daughter to try it to see what she tasted and she said it tasted like chemicals as well we did call and let the assistant manager Shannon and even though she asked for us to go back and get another drink after that service and bad taste in my mouth I won’t be going back! Unfortunately for me because I love their churros

This was one of the best TJ locations for decades but lately, this one along with most every other TJ has gone downhill! Paid $10 for the #1 combo of two tacos with nearly no meat and even less tomatoe/lettuce/cheese, a side of potato oles, and a drink. The tacos were pitiful and the meat was on the cold side.

It is expensive, I ordered 3 six packs & a pound. it was over $50. It took over 15 min to get the meal out Jo hi, the young lady as a drive-up window was very polite. She didn’t tell me how long it would take, didn’t keep me informed. The people behind me in the other cars were getting pretty tasty
