First time at this location and I was impressed by the service and quality. Beautiful, modern new building, clean and staff that seems to care. I waited a bit for my order, but it came out fresh and I was told by the employee that they’re hand battering their tenders now. Phenomenal. Genuinely good food.

I love this location. GILBERT is everything!!! He greets and welcomes the customers with so much personality. I have encountered him 3 times visiting this location and every time has been the same superb service. Sharon took my order, she was nice, and professional. I was so proud of her for encouraging her team member to focus on the orders vs a phone call with her best friend. I am so exhausted with cell phones taking priority to customer service. When Ms. Sharon reminded the young lady of that AND modeled that service in front of her, she became a five star crew member in my book. Thanks Mr. Gilbert and Ms. Sharon for a wonderful experience.

Bojangles is always a consistent go to for us whenever we need something good and fast. At this location he food was fresh and hot, the service was on point and Cynda was an absolute sweetheart. She made our visit delightful, which I don’t take for granted in today’s climate where the art of customer service has been all but lost. We enjoyed our visit and will be sure to visit again whenever we are in the area.

This was my first experience with a Bojangles, my husband and his family told me that they had delicious food and that we had to stop at one on our way down to Florida.
This was understatement. I had the chicken biscuit, which was absolutely phenomenal, and the Bo-Berry biscuits had me thinking about them for hours. Some of the best fast food I’ve ever had. Staff was super friendly, the restaurant was clean with a good taste in color scheme and decorations.
While we were on vacation, we went to another location in Tennessee. Not bad, but it didn’t hold a candle to this location. I have this location committed to memory so I know to stop here at least once any time we travel to Georgia or Florida.

Today was the first day that the service was a 2. This was the first time I used the online order, with what’s delivery to a designated parking space. I arrived several minutes early and checked in on the app. At the time I arrived, there were two cars at the drive through. They were serviced and left. Checking in my mirror I watched s four or five other cars in the drive through or serviced. In the meantime, I took a phone call, noticed car, pull up beside me and saw them receive their order and leave. Approximately 28 minutes later, I received my food. Obviously the drive through is quicker.

20231210 The drive thru was really slow tonight. I waited with another car for minutes and still no one on the speaker. I rolled down the window and asked the lady in the other car if she was also waiting, and she was. Then the employee must have heard me and told me that she would be right there. The employees were nice. It appeared that there were only 2 working? Instead of ringing up my order at the register by the drive-thru window, she took my credit card and rang it up at one of the other registers in the store. The other employee handling the food was moving slower than expected and I wasn’t sure if she was waiting for more chicken to cook. Neither of them mentioned it to me. Asides from that, the fried chicken was yummy as always.

I had never been to a Bojangles before, and I was unsure of what to expect while traveling the South. Multiple ones on our travel route had very low ratings, and here we found out why that may be. This restaurant was out of almost everything, including soda, rice, etc. Luckily, they had biscuits and chicken, and it was clean enough. The chicken sandwich wasn’t enough to recommend this over other fast food places, of which there were plenty of other choices in the area, but we were curious. Wouldn’t really recommend it unless you like their food for some reason over any other fast food restaurant.

So I travel into the area frequently for work. This is my second time trying this chain as it’s not local to my home area. First time never got fries with the meal, this time never got fries with the meal. I called to just let them know and was told I wasn’t rung up for the fries as I got the macaroni as my side shower when at ordering at the drive through was told that the 9 piece chicken came with two sides so I said great I’ll do the fries and the macaroni. Anyway when I explained my confusion over the phone the employee hung up on me. I called back and said that was rude she hung up again. I will not visit again…. Was not that big of a deal as maybe there was misinformation when I ordered or even I misunderstood but rude customer service is where I make a big deal of a situation when all I did was make an inquiry.

Absolutely awful. Left my 81 year old mom sitting outside the drive through this afternoon for 25 minutes waiting on a sausage biscuit, a chicken biscuit and some rounds. Completely unacceptable. Need to pack every employee up and take them to booth road and learn how to do it right! Lazy employees that do not pay attention or keep up!
