Everyone at PAPA JOHNS in Hanover, PA on Feb.13, 2026 give a big thanks to these employees. If you were there you know it was busy, and yes backed up. However the pizza quality was excellent!!! These employees still gave the love to the food we ordered every time know matter how busy it got. Everyone of you employees tonight will have a great karma for pushing it through even with a company delivery truck that came in right during rush hour. The manager kept as calm, and collective to keep everyone going as a well oiled machine. Again family loved the quality all of you keep going!!! Ill be back shortly. Good luck!!

Papa John’s needs to stop using doordash and other delivery services. I gave clear instructions for delivery, both to Papa John’s and doordash. Food was left outside in 20 degree weather to get cold. No phone call nothing. Unacceptable! Have better communication with who you are going to outsource too or just stop outsourcing.

This was the worst pizza I have ever had. First of all when I opened the box the pizza didn’t even look good, it just looked rubbery and didn’t even look real. Then I took a bite, the pizza had no flavor at all. The sauce looked watered down and the toppings were scarce, cheese barely covered the nasty looking thing. I ate about a half of a slice before I decided to throw the whole pizza in the garbage and call Dominos for a pizza that actually had some flavor and looked like real pizza. I used to like Papa John’s but I won’t ever eat that junk again

Horrible nasty. 1st Off This is a takeout place only there is no inside seating. so by the time you get home, your pizza is cold and rubbery. But if you happen to live close, and the pizza is still warm when you get home or eat it in the car, whatever your preference there is no flavor. I got the plain pizza, Garlic bread, stuffed crust, horrible They gave you a margarine, not butter, dipping sauce, and for those of us who love butter know the difference between butter and margarine. Apparently, Papa John’s does not and think we are idiots. It was so disgusting. My pizza made it to the garbage to eat his own out there.

Do not be fooled (like I was), this special.os not for a pepperoni pizza! The advertisement SAYS epic pepperoni stuffed crust and the picture SHOWS a pepperoni pizza but, in fact, it is a cheese pizza that has cheese and pepperoni in the crust ONLY. When I called I was only told “Oh yeah, I’m sorry about that” but nothing else. The pizza is not horrible but the FALSE advertising is terrible. If you want a pepperoni pizza with pepperoni in the crust, Make. Sure. To. Add. Pepperoni. As. An. EXTRA. Topping. I hope this helps others so they are not as surprised as I was.

We were told the delivery would be in 55 minutes & they got it to us in less than 30 minutes we love Papa Johns!! Always have always will. Food is always Awesome!! & I don’t have to sit in a restaurant to eat it. I know a lot of places deliver now but if you want great pizza fast go with Papa Johns.

I had always thought that Dominoes was the worst pizza chain. That was until I went to Papa Johns. I got a large NY style pizza special since it looked decent in the commercial. False advertising! I threw it out after having one slice. Worst pizza from a chain I’ve ever had. Buyer beware
