I’m writing to let you know about a really bad experience I had at your location. I was there with two of my friends when we ordered pizza. The pizza did not taste right, and the texture felt weird, like it had been sitting out for a while. After eating my second slice, I started feeling extremely sick and ended up throwing up multiple times. It honestly felt like I had food poisoning. I went back and asked for a refund because I genuinely felt like something was wrong with the food, but the employee told me no. He was also acting strange during the interaction, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. When I got home, I felt dizzy and weak, and I almost fell down the stairs because I was so lightheaded. This whole situation was very concerning and scary. I’m really disappointed with how this was handled and would appreciate this being looked into seriously.

We had a very large order during this last snow storm to feed an army. There were 2 guys handling everything including other customers. These 2 gentlemen were on it and we so appreciate all of their hard work!

Place is clean, employees are just employees doing their job. The company could put a lot more into their employees! Just maybe, that would help them want to do better! I’ve been to this location at least once a month & it’s always the same, except this time! That bread bowl was exactly that – all bread hardly any sauce or pasta!

Long story short, ordered $66 some dollars with of pizza was over charged for everything, got a free emergency pizza from it was trying to use it since it has 30 days to be used so it was supposed to be a free 2 topping medium pizza I got pepperoni and bacon and was charged and dollar I’m assuming for the bacon but not sure it doesn’t tell you, said whatever paid it and didn’t get the bacon on the pizza. Tried to get it replaced tonight and listened to them berate me then customers started calling in they were talking ugly about them and hanging up on them, then me again. Well I started recording, I have them being rude to customers and hanging up on them on the phone and talking ugly about my free pizza being wrong and replacing it when it’s free anyways. If you wonder why you’re being hung up on they just didn’t like the way you talked. If I could post the videos I would.

Ordered at 6:30pm was called by store at 7:40pm saying they don’t deliver to my address and asked for alt. address. I gave new address and went to meet driver. I stood in the cold weather for an hour waiting for delivery the store promised would be there in 5 min. Last time ordering from this location as the driver expected me to pay $30 for 2 pastas and bread.

These fools called me an hour and a half AFTER I placed my delivery order to tell me theyre cancelling it because their drivers have car troubles or I can come pick it up. Um, hello? I placed a DELIVERY ORDER to be at my house when I get off work, and wouldn’t make it downtown to pick up because your lobby closes while I AT WORK. Y’all are less than 2mi from me and I put a $10 tip. Will absolutely NOT be ordering from this location again.

Can always count on Domino’s for great pizza at a fair price! This location is busy, but efficiently run, still only took 10 minutes for fresh pizza’s & they were fabulous!

This has been our go-to every other Friday night dinner for about 4 years now! Especially for birthdays or teen hangouts. They work so hard to get everything perfect! The food is always good!

Probably one of the worst Pizza Experiences I’ve ever had. I placed my order at 11:20 and it seemed like it was going to be a pretty quick delivery. I normally can expect a delivery order to take about 30 or so minutes, especially only living 5 minutes away, but the pizza sat in quality check for about 30-40 min. I ended up getting my pizza an hour after I ordered it. Pizza was barely warm like it had been sitting in a warmer for a long time, and looked like someone punched the middle of the pizza. Ended up having to warm up the somewhat intact pizza slices in the microwave so that they would have some heat to them. Probably will not be ordering from this location again

I recently had a disappointing experience at my local Domino’s. My wife ordered three pizzas over an hour ago, and according to the app, they were all ready for pickup. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, I discovered that only two of our pizzas had been made, and the third one had not even been started.
While I understand that it’s just a pizza place, there’s no excuse for claiming that an order is completed when it clearly hasn’t been fully prepared. The staff did apologize for the wait, but the service left a lot to be desired. I was on the phone with my wife trying to clarify the order when I inquired about the status of our pizzas. Unfortunately, the employees seemed annoyed by my questions and did not treat my order as a priority until I had to ask about the status a second time.
On a positive note, I appreciate that they expedited the preparation of the third pizza when I got there, even though they had several orders ahead of mine. However, the frustration of the initial mix-up and the lack of communication overshadowed that effort.
In conclusion, while the pizzas may be good, the service needs improvement to match the claims made in their app; especially since two pizzas were cold due to sitting on the shelf and waiting.
I do want to point out that there was a staff member who kept repeating that she was waiting on the third pizza to be made, but she was being ignored, so, there’s that detail.
