Received our order over 2 hours after placing it online, food was cold and soggy. Popadoms were inedible as had become soggy also. Had to warm everything up in the microwave and air fryer, food was okay after heating it up, very disappointed though 🙁

Undal is our family favourite. Special occasions with large numbers are never a problem for these guys. The staff are lovely. Nothing is ever a problem. They will give dish recommendations to people that aren’t sure what to choose. The food is always beautiful. Atmosphere is brilliant and they even sing happy Birthday with you.

Really disappointed weve been in before and had a nice meal opted for a takeway rang twice to check if driver was ok because house is hard to navigate (we’d explained this an gave number for directions) told driver had number and would ring, 45 mins after the order was meant to arrive and two calls later hubby went looking, food was cold and hard, mostly inedible, cheese nans had zero cheese, soggy popodoms. Really disappointed.
