I understand if you can’t speak English well but if you’re going to work with the public, you at least need to be able to communicate. This is the second morning I’ve stopped in and the lady was extremely rude and couldn’t even understand when I asked her for a number four. So I was left with the hardest driest biscuit, a microwaved egg, and Bacon That taste like it was cooked days ago. When I try to say, I need a bacon egg and cheese could you please give me at least some cheese to make my own biscuit she told me no. lol. I threw it away. This will be the last time I ever stop in there to grab something quick to eat in the morning. Worst customer service and disgusting food

Absolutely the worse service you can imagine at a fast food restaurant. They have a bell at the drive through that they NEVER answer. You have to drive around and get out to them look for someone to help you. They never have fresh food everything is always stale. Never fails every time I try and give this place another shot they let me down. DO BETTER!

This place sucks there’s no service. Nobody speaks English and this is America. They won’t serve you. They talk on their phones. There’s no cream in the creamer and they cook hamburgers for breakfast crazy and who puts pickles on a chicken sandwich. They don’t know how to deposit money into your chime card that Circle K is supposed to do thatThey’re more worried about talking on their phones and serving the customer.

Every time we come to Summerland we frequent Dion’s. The staff here are so polite, friendly, and helpful. My Dad called up yesterday to see if they had chicken livers, and they made a batch to be ready for him when he arrived. They also have the best fried chicken and beef patties that we have ever eaten. We are heading home today and will certainly miss Dion’s until next time!

The employees are rude. The managers have no control over the employees. One employee sat on the phone the whole time while ringing me up. I had to ask multiple times for a bag before they finally gave me a bag. Poor experience. I suggest if you go just pay for your gas outside and don’t go in.
