Gone WAY downhill since the fire. I ordered 3x a month before that with fantastic pizza.. today was my 4th and last visit. I will drive further away for hungry Howies now. I ordered 3x without butter crust, yet still get pies now that are dripping wet with grease. This time I got home and the leather seat in my car is wasted, soaked right through the box. Not sure if this was an actual HH employee or Door Dash driver but the delivery person refused to leave the pizza at the door despite instructions. Instead this person pounded on the door and demanded to speak to my wife (I was not home) which made her feel very unsafe. When she finally answered the door the driver decided to yell at her about, what she believed to be, political signage on our window. This utterly pathetically unprofessional behavior and Hungry Howie’s needs to black list this person immediately. Customer service good.Friendly. As far as my pizza. Slightly dissatisfied. Half I ordered pepperoni and sausage. Which cost extra. And half I ordered pickles, bacon and jalapeños. As far as my toppings go there wasn’t much sausage or bacon. If you’re being charged for something you should definitely be getting what you paid for.
