There’s no possibility to leave 0 stars to this location overnight window GUY was so RUDE i literally left without food he curse at me using THE F word where in life or work ethic you will treat customers that way im tired of a long shift and this is my main spot since is so close and convenient but this is the second time at midnight i get treated with disrespect i will definitely won’t come back ever again is sad yall don’t train people to have work ethic and don’t curse at customers im so disgusted with how they made me feel today!!!

I recently stopped going to the Jack-in-the-Box on Edgebrook and started going there at the college location. The past month or two every time we go, there’s always an issue tonight we went and They were only accepting card and apparently we couldn’t order breakfast because of short staffing. There was not one car in line!!! I wish I would’ve got his name, but I know it’s the same guy who works night shift each and every time there’s an excuse!!! Please fix it!!!

Jessica finally helped. but the others were acting as if they were at a get-together at home. Having conversations about other employees and how their life is. When I arrive at jack in the box, service was nice however when I got home and ate my burger I ate a piece thinking it was lettuce turns out to be some sort of paper? I was confused when this happened I was pretty upset because I always come here and service is always amazing but this is the first time this has happened to me and it made me upset.

I was charged twice through the app. Both gave errors online. And i was parked near the drive through.
After leaving and reaching another resturant. And while hoing towards a motel.
A double charges for two orders i never received. Appeared on my bank app.
Im gonna disbute them.
But the amount caused me to lose enough money to lose a noght with the motel with its discount.
I will lodge a complaint with T- Mobile.
This started as t tuesdays and ended up with a “class A” jack in a box nightmare.
Not good. Absolutely a serious bug in your app.
Im gonna go to google play, and report that on your app.
By the way.
This is not the 1st catastrophic app error.
For me it is the last.
Because im unistalling your app after getting my money and reporting to T mobile.

Just shut this place down already. Customer service is horrible. Rude employees especially night shift. Always take forever to get orders out. Always out of everything. Also they always have periods of times they aren’t accepting online orders. I live basically across the street from this Jack in the Box and will go out of my way to go to any other location.
