Ordered a pizza because it has been years since I’ve ate it. Disappointed in everything about it. I ordered thick crust, pepperoni and extra sauce made well done. Pizza was terribly dry. I honestly think they changed something about it from before. It does not taste how i remember at all. The crust isn’t as thick and the pizza just tastes plain. I will not be trying this again.

Had gone to hotel Loyall for many years with my family picked up many pizzas and also in college it always was so unique different than any of the pizzas in the area. Something changed it looks like hotel loyal Pizza, but does not taste like it!!!! It’s just the average pizza,lost is the flavor. I believe it was made before with beer in it. I would guess probably Rolling Rock,always had a very unique taste of any pizza I ever had in the United States. So coming back after nine years I found out it was still open. It was very excited. But it does not taste the same. People were not real friendly on the phone not excited very disappointed. I will not be back the iconic hotel Loyal Is just a name now! ! The pizza overall is just a pizza. The pizza is fresh ,, Cheese, Well melted sauces. Average though is good. I would’ve given it a five but I have to give it a three because it’s truly average. I truly believe the new owners did not give the recipe to them. The dough was the biggest presentation if you like an average pizza Hotel loyal is it. But it’s not the same for those. I’ve been there many times before me and come to visit family. I would truly like to come back if they would put the original recipe because it looks like a hotel Loyal Pizza!!!!

I haven’t had this pizza in alot of years and always remembered how good it was, so I got one. Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed. There was like basically no sauce on it and most the onions were cut so thin that they were stringy and you couldn’t bite through to eat them. Also I remembered a more beer flavor with the dough that wasn’t there, but that might be more my memory. Overall I don’t think I’ll get it again
