Never ordering from here ever again. Got a free pizza because it took 2 HOURS to get my pizza delivered. Ordered my free pizza for pickup and had to wait in the store 30 MINS past the scheduled pickup time. Meanwhile there was another customer in the store screaming “45 MINUTES FOR A PIZZA????” Unless you want to ruin your night…. go literally ANYWHERE ELSE. These corporations are playing with our time and our money.

So tonight placed me order about 1 hr & 45 before closing time. I received a call from Pizza Hut stating my order was ready and that they was calling to see if i was on my way ( boneless wings & a melt ) which was unusual because on the app it was showing my order still had 6 minutes left. Assuming my order was fresh & correct when i opened the boxes once I arrived home. I was given scraps & a wing bone on my wing order & was melt was not cooked. I tried to call the store at 10:20 & the answer machine stated that they are close. This is now. Pictures to follow. Horrible experience!

If I could give no stars I would this not the first time nor the second time I got HORRIBLE service from this place. My food never gets delivered on time last night my food was an hour late it’s ran by a bunch of kids they spend more time outside smoking WEED instead of preparing food they don’t answer the phones and when you call it’s nothing calling the customer service line is ridiculous they don’t give a solution to anything the place needs new management on top of having employees there who truly wants to work. On Wednesday November 10 I purchased a very large order they were two employees there a male on register a female in kitchen upon arrival I noticed how store the was so clean but the two workers were alone only two the were very pleasant and I was amazed at how sync they were together the two ran the restaurant as if they owned and treated me like it was somewhere I really appreciated spending my money upon this that made me feel at home because it was very clean I had stopped shopping at Pizza Hut but this experience made me come for the next day I experienced this treatment again whoever these two employees are are very important to me recommending other customers to come in I don’t know they’re name but ty for the pleasant experience

This is the nastiest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. It’s 12 noon, they just opened at 11am. When i arrived the place was filty as if i hadn’t been cleaned from the day before. There was only one worker and it was smokey inside. I couldn’t eat from there i walked out on my order. Pizza Hut have to do BETTER!!!!!! (The floors never been mopped, and the bathroom wasn’t clean)

On Thursday I came in I witness one of the managers belittling the lady in the kitchen I think this was very humiliating because I heard the lady saying she was fixing the orders in the lobby and the woman in charge told her the future order was her focus I waited over35 min in the store for my order the lady in the kitchen came upfront and apologized I appreciate her recognition of me as a customer but management needs to treat employees better

At 11:10 my husband was at the front door of Pizza Hut trying to order a personal pan two dollar pizza.. They stated that they were sold out. So I called the Pizza Hut to place an order Over the phone because you could not place one online. They told me I would have to come up to the store that they was not sold out. I’ve asked to speak to the manager the young boy on the phone refused to give me the manager now they will not pick up the phone. I’ve tried to call corporate. Nobody seems to care because it’s a little special they’re doing but at the end of the day why are you advertising something if you’re showed out before you even open?

EDIT: This place is CLOSED. Do NOT order anything from there with the app or online, you will lose your money. Called three days in a row, no answer and got a disconnected message. Went to the place, no one was there. It was dark. I waited, no one showed up. Called the customer service line, they just kept redirecting me to the store. No refund for me, I guess. Infuriating.

I ordered hand tossed pizza and it was very flat…it looked more like thin crust rather than hand tossed. The bread sticks were dry and over cooked. They puffed so much they separated (top rose bottom stayed). This is the 2nd time this happened and it only occurs with the night crew. Day crew is good but the night crew need to be retrained on how not to over cook food. Does not look inviting at all

Ordered a pizza, wings, cinnabon, and 2 liter. Was notified out for delivery will be here in 23-33 min. Took him 1 hr, then I received the pizza in the image. Will not order from here again.
