First Of there is no food smell in the store, so I was skeptical about placing an order. It just smelled like store . I ordered the mini pita with gyro meat. The gyro meat was cold, pita was soft tho. Lettuce was old, onions and tomatoes were fresh. The only thing I really liked was the tzatziki sauce. It was too chunky.

I had to come back and edit my original review after trying it. The food was well seasoned but my rice was mushy and the tzatziki sauce was curdled. I couldn’t even finish the plate because the texture and taste threw me off. Maybe this was a one off…I’ll give them a try another day because the customer service was good.

Chicken was raw, rice was undercooked. I came back twice in one night to have my order remade just to still get home with jelly chicken and crunchy rice. Try not to get food poisoning from here.

Stopped in there today 2/1/26 for the first time for lunch break. Business is located inside Shell Gas Station next to Greenbriar Mall area. Girl with glasses wearing head cap never greeted me, when I approached the counter, never said hello may I help you today no greeting welcome to PITA or anything, she noticed me and just was looking down on her phone and ignoring everyone thus I had to say I would like to order please then she just pointed and said u order there on computer. Ok I ordered some wings / fries / tiny drink. I watched her place fresh fries into the basket with other old fries and cook and serve them to me. I told her I want fresh fries and she said they make everything fresh but I just watched her mix old stale fries with new fresh fries. While sitting in my car and eating I had to bite and get hard stale fries and separate them from the fresh fries. The chicken wings were pretty good and fresh. She bagged my order in a box placed everything in the bag on the counter and walked away no customer service, no smile or anything just awful customer service she obviously had the I don’t care attitude or value the customers who pay for service. Customer Service and how u treat your customers will reflect in your bottom line. Even if your food is not top notch. I give PITA 1 Star out of 5.

This is not a customer friendly business and covertly racist, my boyfriend went in there and experienced them deliberately trying to over charge him, when he came to order food to both of us, then when he confronted them about it the goofy looking young guy behind in the cash register is laughing like trying to play in his face but wouldn’t even come out the cash register to correct he situation, had to have the girl who made his food to address them. Just a reminder not all these POC respect ✊ people that spend their money there in In their neighborhoods, would definitely not Recommend spending money there, they probably overcharge a lot of people and hope they don’t notice. The fries was stale, the beef gyro was cold and they didn’t even give us our extra order of fries ♀️
