Ordered at 1050 am for a noon delivery. Got a message from delivery driver that he was still waiting for the order at 1206. He gave me an updated ETA when he was 5 minutes away. Delivery showed up at 1235. I had asked for a well done cook and extra sauce. Pizza did not look or taste like it was well done, and it was actually under sauced. There was a lot of excess flour on the crust. It also looked to have been dropped. This will probably be the last time I order from Papa John’s. This location is very inconsistent when it comes to quality. Shame because when it’s done right, they’re pretty good.

This is the first time in a long time that we ordered from here and I must tell you, tonight, we got the perfect pizza. 10/10. Perfectly slapped crust, perfect rise (no gelling), perfect toppings distribution. I hope they can keep it up.

There was a problem with the Papa John’s system, and the employees at this location did not try to help and did not care.
First, I spoke to a person named Gabby, we explained that the website ordered the pizza from the wrong address and they just were not trying to help us. The Papa John’s website made the mistake and picked the wrong store because you put your home address in, but they don’t care.
We asked to cancel the order and for a refund, but they refuse to help and they refuse to offer alternatives, other than coming to pick it up or receiving a cold pizza. I asked to speak to a manager and Gabby said I am the manager. I don’t know if that’s her real name or not.
I tried the online ordering from a different device and the Papa John’s website did the same thing it picked the same store to deliver from.
Thankfully, they did cancel this order.
I called back and asked for a manager and someone who claims his name is Joshua said I’m the manager.
They do not care that it was the Papa John’s system that messed up. They just refused to give us our money back.
This is the worst customer service I have experienced at a delivery restaurant.

I order a New York Style pizza & it was way undercook & the dough was raw!
I called to complained about my order in a civil & cordial way if they could make it right to refund me or make me a new order.
The nerve of the so called general manager/owner was not professional & he had an ugly attitude.
I guess he does not comprehend that their undercook food is a violation that could cause food poisoning or getting someone sick.
Then he had the nerve to tell me that was my problem.
Well dude; you are the problem, you just lost a paying customer.
From what I am reading in regards your reviews of your restaurant are not all that great.
I am sure I am not the first & won’t be the last.

Every time I order, it takes over an hour to get my food. This time, it took an hour and a half to get my food and they forgot my wings. So I had to call and the only thing they offered to do was send the wings again…which is what I paid for in the first place! Except now I had to wait ANOTHER hour to receive them. Terrible service every time I order…I’ll just do pick up from the University location from now on…I’d advise you to do the same.

This has to be the worst papa johns. Always takes over a hour to get food and the food is always cold. $60 worth of food and I’m always dissatisfied. I keep telling myself to stop ordering from here. Paid for extra cheese and it’s never extra cheese. If you can order from a different location I highly advise you to. I’m done with giving them my money !

My son found hair on his pizza, it was unpleasant and disgusting, we could no longer enjoy our food. They are usually quality products, but this time it was unpleasant and disgusting. I suggest that they strengthen hygiene and wear protective hair caps . Really upset, we could not eat anymore.

This was the worst NY style pepperoni pizza I have ever had. First, it had ten times too much salt. It looked beautiful on top, so I thought maybe I had accidentally added too much salt. Got another piece out of the box that had not been seasoned by me. Again, way too much salt. And a strange aftertaste. As I flipped the rest over to throw into the garbage, I was shocked that the crust was burnt to a crisp. Come on guys. Ya’ gotta get better than this. I’m done with you until something changes.

Tracker to see my order wasn’t working when I called the store manager didn’t give me an estimate time of when it will arrive he just said it’s headed my way when I called back cuz it had been 30-40 min be4 ordering I called to get a refund an he said he will call the drive to cancel the order instead of reassuring me it will be here or to call the driver an see where there at ! I ordered a pizza from the Richmond location, my pizza arrived with the toppings on the side of the box not on top of the pizza. I called the store to report the condition of the pizza, the store manager offered me a free pizza that will take 1:15 minutes to arrive, I had waited 45 minutes for the 1st pizza to arrive. I requested a refund as waiting 2 hours for a pizza delivery is ridiculous, the manager told me they are not allowed to issue refunds and to contact the store owner. I am so disappointed and will never eat food from this location as this is the 3rd time my pizza arrived totally wrong. I just want my money back.
