This wingstop is great with there service, and the atmosphere is very clean. As soon as you walk through the doors they greet you with kindness and are fast to get you your order ready. I have never have a bad experience with them, i would definitely recommend coming here!

Amazing service. Seasoning was on point. The food was hot. And those fries were nice and crispy freshly made. This place has definitely changed compared to months before. I was hesitant to come back because of the old reviews, but I guess them must be under new management. Because honey, this was a hold 360 change in food , cleanliness, and service.

They seriously denied me a drink refill 10 minutes after I made my purchase. One of them said “I’m not going to lose my job for giving you a refill.” The other employees gave me a blank (gen z) stare and shrugged their shoulders lol. Just wow. To be fair, the food was good like always.

My mom, my baby and I came to order food and I went to ask someone for our drinks a guy with curly hair who was now off the clock came up front and ask about our drinks. I told him what I drinks were but he still made the wrong drink due to him being intoxicated! Yes intoxicated!! He was stumbling and could barely focus! I told another employee he seemed drunk and she stated he was but he was off the clock and I told her if he is drunk he does not need to be making any drinks or helping with orders and shouldn’t be in the kitchen!! They told him to go sit down and told another employee do not let him drive home until he sobers up and if he needs to go home it was okay to leave work to take him!!! That is super unprofessional and very uncomfortable!!! The place was packed and other customers saw and was also concerned

I usually understand that delays can happen, but this experience was very disappointing. While waiting for my order—which took much longer than usual—only two employees were actually working the front and trying their best to keep up. Meanwhile, four to six other employees were in the back, sitting down, laughing loudly, and making jokes, instead of helping during a busy time.
The noise they were making was unbearable, making the wait even more uncomfortable. It was impossible not to notice how overwhelmed and discouraged the two employees up front looked while others were clearly not taking the situation seriously. Even if the ones in the back are on their break time, they should not represent a distraction for the ones that are running the rush.
This happened on December 17, 2025 at approximately 5:30 PM. Management really needs to address the lack of professionalism and teamwork.

This location has been open less than a week and the food is coming out soggy and under seasoned. I asked for my order to be ready at 8:30. I made it at 8:34 my food was extremely cold meaning it was sitting for a while. When I called back she said maybe the Uber driver got it late, I picked it up not Uber! SMH
