From beginning to end and terrible experience. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, the first 10 was me waiting to even order, it wasn’t until I said “hello?” To the speaker that they answered. Does burger king have no detection for their drive thru? I finally get my order and they missed 1/3 drinks and the one of two they gave me was incorrect. The fries were warm at best. wasn’t until I got home that I realized they missed a fry as well. I gave my receipt to the lady to show her that I was missing a drink and got another incorrect drink so I can’t leave a review to the company.

This was overall an above average experience. I paid a reasonable price for food that was fresh, and service that was quick and polite. The melt was excellent, easily the best part. My only real complaint is that the cheesy tots are very dry, but I don’t think that’s the fault of this location. Overall would return. Restrooms don’t require a key or a code, so that’s a pleasant surprise, especially for this area.

I like this Burger King very much. I mean, it is a Burger King, but it’s one of the better locations in the area in my opinion.
I love the lobby. It’s always nice and clean. The staff is really friendly every time I go and they take my order correctly. Great service!
As a vegetarian, I appreciate that they have the Impossible Whopper, which is plant based and incredible! Their fries are also very delicious!
Overall, I recommend this Burger King.

This is the most terribly run fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. First of all, we were the only people in line at the lobby and nobody was even at the register to take our order for ten minutes. There was one other person in the entire restaurant and two cars in the drive thru. By the time we ordered, there was a big line behind us. Then, it took 20 minutes to get our food. Plus, the whole restaurant was dirty and one of the ceiling tiles literally fell down while we were there. One of the workers had to go up on a ladder and screw it back in.

Well burien Burger King has a really hard-working team the communication skills between coworkers doesn’tseem to be a big deal to them. I’m in there about 4 days a week getting me an ice cream their customer service skills are to be desired there are always in a hurry and not paying any attention to the customers really hard to tell who’s the manager. I have a couple of my favorites that work there and they hold it together very well they’re going bigger places for the rest of them males and females they’re rude and impatient. It’s always I’ll be right there with you I’ll be right there with you I’ll be right there with you even ordering online. But I will continue to go back and get my ice cream and keep writing these reviews. I mean they all have good skills good working skills they just don’t work the managers don’t work well with their team the embarrassed their co-workers in front of customers they’ve accused me twice of lying about not receiving my order and the whole Burger King point system really sucks cuz you got to spend like $500 just to get a damn small french fry I’ve never been able to redeem my points I’m going to save some of this because I’m going to Burger King tomorrow what if you’re not careful I’ll tell you they don’t have any hot fudge but what the manager really means is they have chocolate syrup they won’t tell you that they will just say we don’t have hot fudge because they seem to be incompetent it is the manager putting food in the bag he’s not the one cooking he’s not the one season in the fries he is the one only to tell everybody I’ll be right with you and to embarrass the co-workers and really two managers I’ve seen get in the way more than they are helping the whole Burger King system I’m a mother of 10 children many a year if I can handle cutting some dang apples for a soccer team or maybe gathering up some arts and crafts supplies or baking cupcakes for 50 something children by myself I just really think the managers or the owner of this Burger King should give me a call and I will give him a few ideas how to save his Burger King cuz this one will fail my 3 for 7.00$can’t keep those Burger King doors open southcenter Burger King is where I’ve been going for the past couple weeks and I have to say never busy they barely noticed you’re there it’s very clean and no hassle or stress the one in southcenter they have free napkins as well all Burger Kings have free ice water all year round

Probably some of the worst customer service in fast food. The lady upfront said their whopper was down and didn’t help me even get a refund. she just said it’s down and would give me a chicken sandwich instead. last time ordering here. 0 communication

Outside this place has lots of trashed piles up on the side of the building, the nuggets I got were dry and stale and the guy at the window forgot to give me my sauces for my nuggets. He was more concerned with being on his phone instead of checking to make sure I had left. I kept honking the horn and yet was ignored. It wasn’t until the car in line behind me pulled up that he finally looked up and upon telling him he forgot my sauces, gave me attitude and said I could go now in a very condescending tone. I’m use to Burger King staff forgetting things at other restaurants so I was prepared to actually check my bag before I left but was not expecting the attitude I had received from someone who wasn’t doing their job with attention to detail. One of the worst burger kings I’ve ever been to.

Ordered 2 $5 duos but I only saw one on screen so I asked her if she gave me 2 of them she said yes. I asked her again when we get to window if she put in 2 $5 duos, says yes again, gives me my receipt and she only charged me for one and 2 individual burgers. Is it that hard to get the order right? I then give her the receipt n tell her she charged me for wrong thing and she gives me attitude. Idk what kind of idiots theyr hiring here but last time I come to this BK again.
