I give the management credit, they’re better than past experiences. They’ve got issues finding good help as is to be expected in this town. This particular visit I was straight up lied to by whomever was working the drive through, who claimed repeatedly ” I AM the manager” lol
Upon going inside the real manager remedied the situation and explained the complication, and the person in drive through was “in training”
Unfortunately the food, although made correctly, was old and cold by then.
Again, hard to find good help these days

Wow just wow. This is the best taco bell I have ever been to. We love Taco Bell and go often. Nothing compares to this one. People are so friendly, food is always hot and fresh, resturant is clean. We stop every time we go up north and have been going to this location for over a year. Not once did we have a bad experience. They can be extremely busy at times but be patient, it’s worth the wait. Keep up the great work!!!!!

I’m local, so I know they are often short staffed, like sometimes two people have to do mobile orders, in person and drive thru.. I’m willing to wait 15-20 minutes when I’m craving Taco Bell. The staff typically lets you know about the wait before you order, so you have the option to go elsewhere. They are always polite, hustle their butts off and are apologetic for the wait. Yesterday they checked at both windows about my order and I’m glad they did because the person in front of me left. My food was warm, had a good amount of toppings and sauce and my cantina chicken tacos weren’t crushed. They make take awhile, but they always have good food and service at this location. I was especially happy with the staff that was working last night!

1 hour wait in the drive through with the lobby closed. Food was already paid for but they refused to walk it out. Had to walk up to the front door to get the food. They also had a few missing items in the bag! Unbelievable! Thanks for the cold food I guess.

Honestly, I don’t typically review fast food restaurants unless they are really outstanding or one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. In this case this Taco Bell was one of the best fast food experience I’ve had in a long time. My husband and I had to drive to our son’s soccer game 40 minutes away from home, and decided to stop on the way to grab a bite to eat.
The employees were so courteous and mindful of their customers, I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was very good as well, the taco shells seemed especially fresh, very crisp and not greasy.
I don’t know if I will be back that way, but if I do, we agreed that we definitely go there again.

Indoor sitting closed. Not enough staff. Had my 3 grandkids with me for an after Christmas shopping lunch. Tacos in a car not feasible. Went to Burger King to eat. Ordered something, so we didn’t feel bad about using the table to eat.

Its Taco Bell of course the food is not a 5 star but what is is the staff. A few weeks ago I went to the drive thru after a night of debauchery and shenanigans. And they are always so great a 3 am as I do this every Friday and Saturday…what can I say I love karaoke and on the weekends I sing like a song bird who was hit by a bat…any ways…As I was slurring my speech I opted to order from the app…cuz I barely understood myself…we went home and my Chalupa was missing!!! I called at 3 am and THEY ANSWERED…they said they would replace it. Today I ran in to get it and without hesitation they made it didnt ask my name and said here you go…so thanks Taco Bell for making sure my drunk ass is fed and for making sure you fixed your mistake…if you ever want to come sing with me…bring a Baja Blast and come to Limanski’s Pub on 89th and Greenfield in The Dirty Stallis and sing…my man’s the karaoke host….we can sing a duet! “ITS RAINING TACOS”

95% of the time I am missing food in my order. Expect at least a 20 minute wait being the only car in the parking lot. Reaching out to store management or above resolves nothing.
