I’ve never been yelled at by the owners of a restaurant before. This was new for me. I ordered 2 meals, the first she acted like it was the end of the world, the second was a noodle dish. She asked me if I knew what it was, I said yes obviously it’s a noodle dish. She starts screaming at me that it’s not noodles. I pointed to the description on her menu and said yes it is noodles…? Its also very dingy looking. I wont be back. Also I found metal shavings in my food. So theres that.

I travel for work and like to challenge the locals reviews. First off food is delicious I ordered Mongolian beef w fried rice and spring rolls. I didn’t receive any attitude she looks like she means business. Not the friendliest but definitely not as bad as these reviews make it seem. If you’re from NY/NJ or any others northern state you’ll be fine.

Thank you for making my food! It was delicious the Staff is about business and wants to get your plate made! I was ready for her to be rude but she wasn’t beyond friendly I’m sure something in life made her the way she is. The food is fire and worth every cent! I will return! I tried the chicken and broccoli with white rice! Perfection!

My mother went to this place to ask if chicken fried rice came with the platter she was interested in purchasing. The female owner was extremely rude to my mother and responded back rudely letting her know it was along with a hard sigh as if she was frustrated or having a bad day.
My mother then asked her if the egg roll came with the platter and the lady responded again with a very rude tone and huffed and puffed again. These other reviews are definitely true. This lady and her husband should not be in business if they are unable to treat their customers with the respect they deserve. When my mother advised her that she would be filing a BBB, leaving a Google and FB review, she scoffed and appeared to laugh as if she did not care.
My mother was so upset after that. She told the lady who started talking to her husband in Chinese to speak English because she knew she was talking about her and the lady scoffed again.
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THEIR FOOD IS NASTY, IS SUPER COLD AND IS NOT WORTH THE DISRESPECTFUL WAY THEY TREAT THE PATRONS. SHAME ON YOU! If you do not want to service your customers and treat them with respect, then CLOSE DOWN YOUR BUSINESS. Case closed.
I’d love to also challenge Joel’s review below who questioned the majority of the zero stars for this business. Share your feedback and mind the business of the those who actually had a bad experience. I am local review myself and really get annoyed when folks like yourself love to question others or invalidate their experience. (You tried it)

Food is always good. I read the review of the woman on the phone being rude. Two people running the restaurant. When it gets super busy, you go into extra busy mode, trying to stay on the path of good customer service. I’ve eaten or take out there for over 20 years. And that’s the way it is. Just letting busy stress go. If you don’t get it, call or ask your shrink. Hopefully you understand.

The one star I did give them was for shrimp fried rice only. It was pretty good. In town for a hot meal I thought let’s get Chinese. I read the reviews before going there and the people who said the women has a nasty attitude, you all are spot on. I thought racist myself, because the white woman before me got a pleasant departure, but the Mexican after me she was screaming at him like a child because he had a hard time with the card reader. So my conclussion is she’s just a nasty person. I had to replace what I really wanted to say with person. But in the end I got a thank you. I don’t know whether to be pissed or pleased. WOMAN DO BETTER BY YOUR CUSTOMERS, START SHOWING SOME APPRECIATION TO THE PEOPLE WHO PAY YOUR MORTGAGE.

Tried them many years ago and wasn’t impressed with their food. Decided to try them again today. Big mistake! Woman was very rude the moment I walked in and acted like I was an inconvenience. I wanted fried rice instead of white rice with my food and she pounded her finger on the menu and huffed saying white rice and fried rice was 1.00 extra. I didn’t care about the 1.00. It was her extremely rude behavior that made me walk out. For just mediocre food, it wasn’t worth it.

This was a pick up order I paid a hi price for 18.00 plus tax dollars on 5-22-23. The food was awful Shrimp egg foo young! Gravy was a watered down brown light tinted liquid. I have ordered from here before good but, this time absolutely not. Got 3 patties and received 4 shrimp for all 3 patties. I , also order the Wontons with crabmeat and sour cream. Which was under fried (not fully cooked). A refund I am owed , I really did not get any good food to eat( just a thrown together made up food for a quick hi price sale).
I really don’t think I will be ordering from there again.

Very rude staff! We come here regularly since they’re close and yet every single time the lady at the front is just nasty for no reason, to the point where I get anxiety coming here to pick up food! Nice way to treat the people who pay your bills.
