Worst experience ever, these kids don’t want to work. I placed an order online and realized I made a mistake. So I called and waited on an answer for 10 min. The girl told me they’re going to correct it. 45 min later I received my pizza warm not fresh and incorrect like I figured it would be. Based of the vibe of the girl that answered the phone. Here I am waiting for someone to answer the phone and it’s been 25 min. This is ridiculous!

This order was delivered burnt and flipped all in the box. Instead of coming on here and giving a bad review, I called, the order was fixed and delivered in less than 30 minutes. I’ve never had issues at this store. Don’t forget to tip your drivers. Thank you Andrew for your courteous redelivery.

I ordered through the app and it said my pizza was ready, so I drove up for curbside pickup. I waited and nobody came out, so I went inside. When I told them I was there for a pickup, they said it wasn’t ready. I explained that the app showed it had been ready for a while, and the guy just told me not to look at the app. Seriously, what’s the point of having an app if customers are told not to trust it? This was easily one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any Domino’s. And the worst customer service ever.

Our experience with this location has been nothing but HORRIBLE. Forget watching the tracker on the app, they don’t even cook your pizza until you show up asking about your order. It has been nothing but trouble and I’m fed up with this location..when you order at 5:17pm, show up asking about it at 5:50pm bc remember they don’t use the tracker.. then have to wait there until 6:30pm for the actual pizza!!! Wild… for some damn pizza…

I wish there was a negative star. The worst pizza place ever in history . For a full year I have been asking for extra sauce on my pizza and never get. When I finally order from a another location and got extra sauce and cheese and my pizza looked eatable. I realized I wasn’t crazy and this location was the worst. Also the pizza is always dry and burnt with no sauce or extra cheese when I pay for it. I HAD TO THROW THE LAST PIZZA AWAY. I didn’t bother calling because I knew the replacement pizza won’t be any better. STAY AWAY!!!

I have never been so offended by a pizza pickup experience! I placed my order online, went in to pay and pick it up, and was met with chaos: a lobby full of frustrated guests, all of our orders showing “ready” for minutes before anyone received them. When my name was called, the associate literally checked my order and told me I was “good to go.” I even asked the associate “are you SURE?” and she said “yes”. I left thinking the store had comped the pizza for the long wait.
Instead, I get a rude phone call from the manager accusing me of leaving without paying and demanding my card info over the phone. That is completely unprofessional, offensive, and unsafe. It is not the customer’s job to correct employee mistakes, especially when I was standing at the register with my Apple Pay ready. On top of that, the pizza was burnt and missing the extra cheese I ordered.
When I returned to pay in person, the manager’s tone was suddenly much different…polite and soft-spoken compared to how harsh and accusatory she was on the phone. If you can accuse a customer of stealing an $18 pizza, at least have the same energy face to face.
Yes, she ultimately decided to comp the order (without telling me this over the phone…so I ultimately drove BACK there to pay, for nothing).. but this was still a very much so insulting and mishandled experience from start to finish. Mind you, I have ordered pizzas here ALL the time and I have never had this experience here before!

Ordered 15 minutes before closed and was told our order was cancelled because they already put everything away. I was already on my way there so i showed up 10 minutes before they would actually close and the sign still said open and the hours on the window confirmed actual closing time. So why was i not allowed to get a pizza?

We usually order pizza here and they’re usually very fast and good quality. But lately whenever we order or our family orders the quality has gone down. I spent $22 (with fees) for a pizza and dip to be delivered. The pizza had 3 giant circles of what tasted nasty and was not cheesy. At least the app “kinda” rectified the situation. I just salvaged what I could for my kids.
