Coming from California (San Diego) this place is “bomb dot com”. The beer choices are extraordinary and varied from all over the world especially the European selections. The food is too die for especially the mussels selection.

If you like Belgian beers, this is the place for you. At any given time they have nearly 30 draft beers, 14 of which are Belgians. My two personal favorites are the Piraat (pictured) and their own brew, Over the Edge 9.5%. They also have an awesome weekday happy hour consisting of half off Belgian and craft drafts, and 65¢ boneless wings.

Good Belgian beer selection. Server was super knowledge about the beers, obviously an enthusiast. The food was just okay. Interior could definitely use an update. We were seated in the back, and it looked like to staff members were having some kind of personal issue. Hugging. Head done on a table in full view of customers. Tears. It was weird. Hopefully that was some extreme thing that was going on and everyone was okay… But still I can’t say it was a good experience, so I can’t give it more than 3 stars.

I use to go out of my way and come here a lot because it was really good Belgian food and they had a big variety of beers you could not find any where else.
This place is not at all what it once was, it use to be really good and different. Now most of the items are just like any other bar food. They use to have a lot Belgian food on the menu, not anymore. The frites with the brown dipping sauce was really good and they no longer have it. When asking the cook, the cook was clueless and had no clue what items the restaurant previously had on the menu (good cooks would know a history of the restaurant and menu). Also the burger patty tasted and looked like they use frozen patties. It use to be fresh hand made. Also so disappointed the beer list is a quarter what it was before and so many restaurants you go to, now serve imported and craft beer.
Sad to say nothing sets them apart any longer and I will not be going back.

My husband and I ate here last night. We waited FOREVER and a day for our food and when it came out it was freezing cold. I’m not sure how long it was sitting in the kitchen but it doesn’t make sense? If we waited forever, you’d think it would be piping hot when it came out. The last time we ate here it was a similar experience. I wanted to give it another chance but we will not be eating here again. Not to mention our bill was kinda pricey for the quality of the food – the Belgian burger seemed to be a pre-made patty, and not even a ‘fresh’ product. The restaurant was not super busy so I’m not certain why the kitchen was so slow. I felt bad for other patrons in the dining room with kids, they also waited forever and their kids did not seem too thrilled. Don’t recommend this place at all. 🙁

Ok, our group of five included a 3yr old who missed her nap! Our server was so helpful and catered to us and the three-year-old. We had two vegetarians who had some of the tofu bites, others of us had salads and burgers and sweet potato fries. We also tried some of the interesting beer selections. And we enjoyed every single thing and look forward to going back soon.

The sharp edge is great place to meet up with friends, or date night! Tons of beer selections, the food is great too! The menu could use a bit more options because it’s mostly burgers and a few other things but everything I’ve ordered there has been terrific! Easy parking in the lot beside the restaurant makes it quick to get in and out!

We ordered 2 flavors of wings – sweet chili and buffalo blue. One order came as traditional wings, the other came as boneless (not what we ordered). The “sweet” chili were unbearably hot and I love spicy food. we asked for the wings to be cooked well done… they were mushy so we had to broil them. The boneless wings were stringy and soggy – how do you mess up chicken tenders in sauce? We asked for wing sauce on the side which we never received and said we didn’t need blue cheese which we got. One of the wings was mutated and barely had any meat on it. $22 for 15 nasty wings.

Great place for draft Belgium and other European beers. This place is always kept clean and has a nice decor. Justin and his staff always provide good service. Buffalo burger is a favorite.

Great food, great alcohol selection, the buffalo chicken bites are the best thing on the menu, highly recommend. You do have to pay park but welcome to Sewickley! I believe parking is free Sundays and sometimes Saturday, and after 5pm. It’s not the place to go if you’re on a budget and are looking for drink specials but their quality and selection is great.
