Second poor experience with Strawberry Bay. The barista‘s were not friendly, they attempted to charge me twice and were short about it, my daughter’s hot cocoa wasn’t warm and without the requested whipped cream… it had probably cooled down because it took over 15 min for two drinks. It appeared the employees were more interested in chatting inside than providing a positive customer experience. I was eager to drive away by the end of it. I hope this business success, but I won’t be returning.

Stopped by recently to get an iced latte, and ended up ordering a berry milkshake as well.
The latte and milkshake were very good.
The line was a bit long, but went quickly and the service was friendly.

Amazing!!! I asked about the lotus energy, as I’ve heard about it but never tried it. The barista was so helpful and made me the most delicious drink ever. I’m literally almost in tears that I don’t live here and won’t be able to drink this again. This place is a must visit!!!

We had to wait a little while for our turn, but I think my drink was worth it. I got an iced caramel white chocolate mocha with soy milk and my husband got a white chocolate mocha milkshake. He said it was a little too heavy with the ice cream, but mine was wonderful.

My boyfriend and I were in town visiting for my birthday. Everyone knows coffee shops are big deals on your birthday. They photos and reviews caught our attention. So we went to try this little shop. The coffee was great! Taking a star away because the girl at the window asked our order, then just walked away. No greeting or what were we up to for the day.

@3pm on 4/20/24. This place has horrible service this isn’t the first time & needed to add a review.I ordered 5 San jaunwiches with chip and bacon and 3 drinks. I ordered a basic decaf sugar free vanilla latte. It tasted like no vanilla was added. When I asked for some sf vanilla to be added she said they were all out with a tone. I said regular vanilla would be fine. She said she has a line and she couldnt take the cup back. I asked for some in a cup to add myself. She said they didn’t have any and I said how about Caramel. She said she has a line and we needed to move. We got home after spending 79+ dollars and our sandwiches have only bacon and cheese. When I asked before ordering she said they had lettuce and tomatoes with meat in addition to bacon. We also didn’t get the chocolate chip cookie we paid for. I suggest people go elsewhere. I live in Anacortes and have never had such horrible service at a coffee shop! Sadly I already added a tip before this all happened.
