Tried the Cheesecake Fantasy at Cold Stone and it definitely lived up to the name! The cheesecake ice cream was super creamy, and the mix of graham cracker crust, strawberries, and blueberries gave it the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Loved the texture and flavor combo.
The staff was friendly and quick, and everything tasted fresh. Only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is the price a bit steep for the size. Still, it hit the spot and I’d come back for sure to try other flavors!

Do not go to this Cold Stone location! I repeat, do not go to this Cold Stone location. Each Cold Stone is individually owned and operated, so you may be able to avoid a similar experience by driving a little further to another location.
On August 7, my husband and I went in because we were craving the ice cream tacos we had seen circulating on TikTok. Unfortunately, we were told they were no longer available since they had been a limited-time item. We decided to order something else instead. I got one of their menu options and my husband chose a caramel apple. He reasonably expected that it would be made fresh, as caramel apples do not require much preparation. Instead, it was pulled directly from a fridge.
We paid and went outside to enjoy our desserts. My husband’s apple was pre-sliced, so he ate the slices first and then lifted the portion still on the stick. That is when he noticed a quarter-sized spot of mold on the bottom. We immediately brought it back inside. Shockingly, the two employees on duty were completely unconcerned. They treated the situation as though it were no big deal, showed no genuine customer service skills, and acted as if we were inconveniencing them. They processed a refund and said they would contact their owner/manager, Devon.
Later that evening, around 6:00 p.m., we received a call from one of the employees, who said she had spoken with Devon. His solution was to offer another caramel apple free of charge. Nothing more, not even a sincere apology or a commitment to ensure this does not happen again.
On August 9, I filed a complaint directly with Cold Stone customer service. On August 10, I received a notification that they had received my complaint and would reach out accordingly. However, no one from corporate contacted us. Instead, it was the owner/manager reaching out, which should have been done from the start and not just having an employee relay information. When Devon eventually called us, he did apologize, but it felt rushed and insincere. He continually interrupted while we were explaining what happened and was clearly more interested in getting his own response out than actually listening to us.
We left this experience not only disgusted by the moldy product, but also by the lack of care, accountability, and basic customer service from both the staff and the owner. Not to mention, my husband was unwell for a couple of days after eating this molded apple. This situation should never have happened in the first place if proper precautions were being taken. We now have zero confidence in this location and are sure we should not return.
I am currently in need of an ice cream cake for my son, but I will do everything in my power to avoid this location, including making it myself if I have to.
My recommendation is to avoid Cold Stone altogether or, at the very least, steer clear of this location. There are plenty of ice cream shops that take pride in both their products and their customers, and this one is not among them.

Cold Stone Creamery still has a nostalgic appeal, and the customization process remains a fun concept. The store itself was generally clean.
However, the ice cream did not taste as rich or flavorful as it once did. The quality feels different from what I remember. Customer service was mediocre, and the atmosphere was not particularly welcoming.
With improved product consistency and stronger customer engagement, this location could better reflect the brand’s reputation.

I ordered a cake for my mom over the phone, they charged me, then told me it didn’t go through but it did, told them it did the manager hung up the phone on me. I called them back and he denied hanging up the phone on me. I then came into the store and said they charged me for the cake already yet they had me pay again. I used my Apple Card so I called Apple to see if there was a hold on the money, there was not. Which means I paid for basically two cakes when I got one. The writing on the cake was horrible and it always said happy anniversary instead of happy birthday. Had to have them rewrite it, the manager is VERY rude, I came back in after I had proof that I was charged twice mind you the cake was 50$ so that was 100$ for one cake. The manager had talked over an employee phone with me and continued denying that they charged me twice even when I had proof. I told him I needed a written statement from him to send to my bank for a chargeback he told me he would do it and email him. I emailed the store everyday for 5 days never heard anything back. Luckily I was recording the interaction so I was able to submit that I get my money back but I had to go through my bank which was unnecessary. I filed a complaint with corporate about this store and nobody got back to me, would not recommend this store at all, drive a little farther for better and nicer customer service if you can…

The menu at Cold Stone Creamery is extensive, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Whether you’re a fan of traditional flavors like vanilla and chocolate or prefer something more unique like birthday cake or cotton candy, there is something for everyone at Cold Stone. In addition to the ice cream, they also offer sorbets and yogurt for those looking for a lighter option. We had chocolate devotion , birthday cake truffle , tastes amazing as usual. Cold Stone Creamery is a fantastic place to satisfy your sweet tooth. Cold Stone is a top-notch ice cream shop for me , that is sure to please even the most discerning of ice cream connoisseurs. All above the good I has little bitter experience too
NOTE: where ever we visit the customers should greeted with a welcoming and inviting but here totally disappointed . The staffs here are not even have smile on their face and seems like they don’t like us to come here. It’s really hard for me to complaint but it’s an important note the Cold stone company should consider for the company good reputation .
Also kindly keep the place neat and clean. All the tables are unclean with lots of dirt , ice cream wastes, and etc . Even they don’t have napkin instead of that they had toilet paper on the cashier counter for customers general napkin needs .
Except these two things we actually enjoyed our ice cream crave . Would like to visit often .

Today at night at February 28th some point of time came in the store to collect two DoorDash orders from customers the employee’s don’t know how to package the items properly and they almost got me fired form DoorDash because of poor packaging and I double check first on the second order and they were three ice cream one was missing and they forgot to put mint chocolate chip and please train your empolyee and I feel like they don’t like they’re jobs.

Very bad service, had eye contacts with several people that’s working but they ignored me for few minutes while other people standing in line behind. I asked for two flavors in a large cup and they end up mixing them together which made it taste disgusting. Very pricey compared to other ice cream store too, never coming back here again.

I typically avoid ordering ice cream online because it tends to be quite expensive. However, tonight I decided to treat myself and well 30 down the drain. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience—my order was completely wrong, and the waffle cones were stale. To make matters worse, my DoorDash driver left the ice cream in the rain. Overall, I think I’ll stick to making my own sundaes at home from now on.
