Do not, and I mean do NOT go here.
I called in a order for delivery and called a second time to make sure my address was correct. Called back almost 40 minutes later and they didn’t have our order no longer placed. So we waited for 40 minutes and they didn’t even have our order taken down! Total waste of time, placed an order at Domino’s.
EDIT:
As soon as I placed my Domino’s order I heard a knock at my door 50 minutes after I placed my Pizza Hut order. He had no clue what was going on and said he had to come in and cover for the driver that just walked out and apparently at the store location we ordered from, it was having issues (fighting/arguing) when he came into work. Hopefully most of this staff is replaced or reevaluated. The driver was nice and very understanding.

Had Pizza Hut for lunch today and after the last time we had it we swore we weren’t going back.. We heard new management and new staff so we gave it a try! I’m glad we did! I have to say this time it was actually pretty awesome! Im excited about the changes, I wish the dining room was Open for family dining and buffet options maybe that will be a change soon as well!

There were 2 tables of patrons when we arrived. Waited 15 minutes for a server to greet our table. Waited another 10 minutes for our drinks. Salad bar had minimal choices, and most were partially frozen still. Had to ask for silverware, only to get plastic forks. Pizza was missing half of the Supreme toppings. Horrible service. Horrible customer service at check out. Perryville deserves better! And, why were over half of the chairs up and in closing mode at 6:00pm on a Friday evening?!?!

I don’t make it a habit to rate places but today was horrible. I took my son for lunch at 12:20. We got here and it was dead. We got our plates and the pizza was hard and dried out like it had been sitting there since 11. The salad bar had empty items and to too it off we sat in a booth by a glass window that had dried up spit and food on it. Needless to say we won’t be back.

Pizza hut is under new owners and management. The place was clean and manager was very nice. The pizza and wings (Garlic Parmesan) was very good. Mu husband don’t take left overs to work but he took the pizza and wings today. So good job pizza hut.

Ordered two hand tossed pizzas. The pizza was over powered by cheese that the pizza sagged and all my toppings fell off. The crust was way to thin. The cheese was thicker then the crust. Service was good but the pizza wasn’t great. Probably wouldn’t go back.

My wife went there a few years back and her sister, they were told to leave and can never come back because they were too fat to be there which is like the most a-hole thing to say. Such bullies do not go there, do not support them what so ever, hopefully a good loving Christian family can start a restaurant there in the future.

We ordered here our first time. It took more than an hour to get here. Granted, we ordered at five o’clock on a Sunday. We called in after an hour of waiting and we’re basically told tough, they were busy, and call again in five minutes if it hadn’t gotten here yet, by the general manager. I ordered the Alfredo pasta (that comes with breadsticks), and a mountain dew. We call a second time, and the car gets here with the pasta and an extra two liter of mountain dew. They forgot the breadsticks. Now we are waiting for an order of breadsticks and the pasta they said they would remake. The manager was rather ruse, but the delivery man was nice. The food tasted good.

Was told it would be 30 min. Was over an hour. Tried calling, no answer! Tried for over 15 min. Received order in the mean time, (driver stated GPS had taken her down different street, yet said tht she uaed to live o the same one block street?) but pasta was thrown in box with no lid, bread sticks in same box unwrapped and no sauce! This was last time ordering as we have had so many messed up orders!
