It tastes like a lower end Starbucks sadly. Pastries taste like they flew in from the mainland, flavors were not unique, I saw our drink order finished and sitting for about 8min before they handed them to us and before that we had waited over 30min just for the two drinks anyway. Overall, wouldn’t recommend.

This cafe has a wonderful atmosphere with a French flair. The staff was happy and very nice! The pastries and quiche were delicious. For a quick meal or snack, I recommend a visit. We visited the cafe twice in one day. We sat on the covered porch on the lounge chairs. It was a lovely time. Go visit!

Was not impressed about the price for anything at Bahamas, but, the food from this restaurant was totally unexpected! Price was super reasonable for what you get.

Dined in for Smoke Salmon Bagel as brunch, I had zero expectation but this turned out so great taste-wise!!! Although the bagel was a bit too firm to cut, could use a steak knife to make it easier, unless you hit it like a burger). But taste was undoubtedly great, the portion of smoked salmon was generous.

Then I packed 3 desserts fly back home to Canada, just had it this morning, holy moly they were delicious!!! Wish I purchased more!

Highly recommended.

Excellent cafe for brunch if you are staying at the Grand Hyatt. We had the croque madame, smoked salmon bagel and the day’s special pastry which is a red velvet cinnamon roll. They were good. Outdoor seating is nice. Service overall is satisfactory – find your seating they bring you the food and coffee type of service.

All I can really say about this place is:

$60 for two bagels and lox.

Allow me to reiterate… SIXTY-FRIGGEN-DOLLARS. For TWO bagels with smoked salmon on them.

Were they good? Sure, decent.

Did they have the tears of Christ himself on them? I would absolutely hope so at that insane price lolol.

Hands down the best pastry and yummy breakfast you can find in the Baha Mar. price is also reasonable comparing to other places here. Service is quick and efficient. Even the line is always long, you can get the order fairly quick.

At Café Madeleine I had a delicious cream cheese Danish topped with blueberries and a good cappuccino with an adorable presentation. Overall the Grand Hyatt is a wonderful resort with decent onsite restaurant options and many relaxing public spaces to chill.

They are the most phenomenal crew I have ever met!
The manager, Maurica Ford is the absolute best thing this coffee shop has. Everything is on point thanks to her. Every morning I went for my coffee she made sure to welcome me in the sweetest way! Absolutely adorable! All of staff is amazing and extra sweet. Absolutely coming back every morning thanks to them!

Coming from the West Tower it is a bit hidden. This is closer to the convention center. Great food though. I must admit we missed their specialty which are breakfast but no problem. Their lunch menu did not disappoint. The coffee was good too.

The outside sitting area was close to the bridge road but was not noisy enough to disturb your lunch or breakfast.

Given the choice I’d probably eat breakfast here every morning.

Highly recommended. Enjoy

Just grabbed a bite to eat for breakfast and almost everything was delicious! Croissants and bagels were delicious! Wouldn’t recommend the avocado toast! The avocado is not fresh and has that liquidy consistency and chemical taste. Other then that everything was great!
