I waited a long time after I came in the front door. I called out 2x, I received no response back. The door beeps when opened. Another customer came in after me. A few hours after eating a personal pan pizza and 4 boneless honey bbq chicken nuggets that didn’t taste like chicken I got very ill. Upset stomach and cramps and diarrhea. I almost went to hospital it was so bad.

Wouldn’t order from them. They used 3rd party delivery that literally brought it to my door sideways. I ordered directly from their website not a delivery service app. If they’re going to use 3rd party delivery services then they should be reliable for the way they deliver their food. After ordering 60$ worth of pizza who knew that would be what ruined my family’s evening . After having to drive down to the store because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone over the phone. (They decided to answer and the hang up my calls ),I wasn’t even able to leave with my full refund. BS.

I’ve tried calling last week and so did my sister, but they would answer then put us on hold or hang up on us. But since we’re craving pizza Hut this week too, I tried to place an order online and call to confirm the order. They finally answered the line when you press that you have a pending order, not new order is what we noticed. So I confirmed my order and got there before I had requested for pickup. The guy who helped me was friendly. He answered my questions about the new item in the menu they have and because he said it’s good, I added it to my order with his help. I told him I would have to go next door to get groceries, but I parked in the pickup. He said it wasn’t a problem because he can bring it out to my sister who is waiting on the car. So, I went next door, did my shopping and came back. Less than 8 minutes later after coming back, and he came to give us our dinner to the car. It smelled delicious. Wasn’t greasy. Both my Dad and I split the new pizza item. Looks like a crusty pizza and folded in half. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted another one. The breadsticks were good too. I am not sure if they were supposed to be cut into lines, but mine were all together. Either way, everything tasted delicious and we finished it all. I just hope they would answer the phone more often so we can enjoy their pizza more. I included a picture of the pizza which was not greasy. Tasted great!

Yall really need to get better at customer service. Called to make an order and when I asked if my credit on the account would reflect on my bill I was transferred without a word being said to me, sent to a pizza hut call center to have them re- take my order. I was so confused. Ended up getting something else. The least you could have done was tell me that you couldn’t help me and that you would transfer my call. 2nd time having a bad experience with this store.

I never realized this Pizza Hut location was very close to our house. The pizza is delicious and service is great. I ordered online and the pizza was ready in 15 minutes. Although it wasn’t quite ready when we got there, the wait was only about 5 minutes. The employee who helped us was very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. I wish I remembered his name!

Terrible. Used points to get Cinnabon along with my pizza order, had it delivered and the delivery guy tells me a completely different price from what I had on the app. I show him and he continues to not really care what it said just what the receipt had. I look at receipt and they were charging me for the Cinnabon. He calls the manager and guy says just bring it back then. Waiting 45 min for my order just to not get it is quite annoying. Great customer service

We ordered pizza for curbside pickup from the Pizza Hut at 1255 Avocado Ave and had a great experience. No issues with the app and it said our food would be ready in 15 minutes. Parking spots were clearly marked and available. Once we parked and confirmed our arrival, our food came out within 2 minutes. The server was very friendly and cheerful. The food was nice and hot. We will definitely be back.

1255 Avocado Ave El Cajon 92020 is the only store that is close to where I live and they can’t cook pizza or answer there phones and when a Manager by the name of Daniel or Dan, It’s not true to their words. Then they should not have said that they would give credit to someone. That is, that is another reason as to why I am putting this post because of that. Also, though, if people are are disabled disabled. And cannot make it to a store. It is very, very hard. I have a torn plantar fasciayes. She added and other medical issues that make it very hard for me to get to places. So when the store will not answer so I could redeem credit. That I was told by a manager. All I asked is that he would just honor what he had told me.

First off I love what pizza hut used to be and the last few pizzas from this location were sloppily made with no toppings and 40% bland crust
Yesterday I decided to give them one more shot and I do mean I never would have returned if it was what I’ve previously had at this location ( and all of SD locations)
To my absolute shock i haven’t had a pizza this perfect looking since pizza hut sit down experiences in the 1990s
the pizza looked like it could have been in a commercial. the crust was perfectly portioned and plenty of toppings. Evenly neatly sliced and the breadsticks were the fluffiest and crunchiest batch i’ve had in nearly two decades.
Please keep this quality control up its the only reason I and others stopped going
