The menu has something for everyone, whether you’re craving a classic burger or feeling adventurous, and the fries are just as good as the main event. On top of that, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems to care about making sure you have a great experience.
If you’re anywhere near Bethel Park and love a truly great burger, Pittsburger is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back!
I had high hopes because it’s a small business. I walked into the place, parking lot was newly paved. The place seems to be very clean. I wasn’t greeted, nobody said hello, nobody said welcome to Pitts-Burgers. All the things you get at the larger establishments like Five Guys. So I said to the young man working there, “Pick up order for Garry”. Not a thank you for coming in not have a nice day, actually not a single word was spoken by the employee. I took it out to my car as I always bring my own soft drink Pitts-Burgers charges $4.40 for a bottle of Diet Coke It cost me less than $0.80. I took the carton out of the paper bag and was immediately greeted by onions on the cheeseburger, I only ordered lettuce and tomato on the side. The bun was cold. I decided to take it home to eat because there was no ketchup on it and bun was cool. I had to microwave it for a few seconds to get it up the temperature. When I took my first bite it was a crunchy burger. So overall the hamburger certainly one of the worst hamburgers I’ve ever eaten. I don’t see how they could stay in business if this were typical rather than an anomaly. I believe the single cheeseburger even cost more than Five Guys which is laughable because Five Guys is exponentially better. I didn’t try the fries or anything else so I have no opinion. At this point I’m going to give the cheeseburger on a scale of 1 to 5, I give it a 1. The service, Well he did hand me the bag but there was zero communication no smiles no nothing So I’ll give that a 2. The atmosphere well it seemed like a clean place but not friendly It’s not a five guys it’s not a Chick-fil-A. And that’s usually because the smaller places don’t have systems in place that they teach the employees how to conduct business. Not sure that I’d ever go back because I don’t like crunchy ground meat. Visited 09-06-2025
The email reply led to nothing. It’s been over a month with no update on it they stopped serving this frozen stuff.
There was a minor issue with order accuracy, as our burgers came with a different type of cheese than we requested. However, this didn’t detract too much from the experience because the quality of the food was top-notch.
The pricing is on the higher side ($33 for two burgers, onion rings, and two drinks), but given the quality and the fact that it’s a small business, it’s understandable and worth supporting. The food took around 10 minutes to come out despite no other customers being there, which was slightly surprising, but the wait was manageable.
All in all, Pitts-burgers delivered delicious food and a good experience. With just a few tweaks, it could be outstanding. Definitely worth a visit!
