What happened…
I love this place but unfortunately I must be honest. The last time I ordered my tacos were soggy and falling apart.
Today, March 4th 2026, I decided to give them another opportunity to redeem themselves however they failed. I ordered the trio taco and it had the wrong sauce. I ordered it with the Boom Bpom and got some watery red sauce which was salsa like.
Also, they forgot my wife’s order and to top it off they added black beans to the burrito bowl , which my daughter couldn’t eat because she dislikes beans.
Unfortunately, this will be the last time I order from here.

Extremely dissatisfied by my experience this evening. We ordered a steak burrito and two burrito bowls. One shrimp and one grilled chicken both with brown rice. When I arrived the bowls were not yet made. I was told they did not have grilled chicken so reluctantly I agreed to substitute for crispy chicken. Then I was told they had no more brown rice and could give me lettuce or white. I did not want those options or have to substitute again so I asked for a refund. The kid behind the counter (skinny with short hair and glasses) refunded only the bowls and provided a receipt. When I told him I wanted a full refund as I was not taking any of the items since I had to go somewhere else he became upset and said he voided the order but could not provide another receipt. As I walked away he says have fun. When I asked him what the meant he became combative and said your order was voided you can go. When I asked for his name so I could contact a manager he refused. At this point a woman came from the back to see what was going on and asked me what happened. As I tried to explain the kid continuously and angrily kept talking over me. Finally the woman asked him to step aside and I was able to explain. Her response was a simple sorry, it is a one off. The fact that he started with me and then continued when she intervened shows me that this is not a one off and the kid has some anger management issues he needs to deal with.
This place has lost our business and I will make sure that my company no longer orders here for lunch as well. Moving forward we will go to Burrito Bowl in Monroe.

The food was horrible. I ordered the California steak and it was soggy, cold, and overly spicy. The pico de galo tasted like old socks. We used to eat here all the time, but never again. What kind of chef would even let this out of their kitchen.

As a somewhat regular, the food generally varies in quality. Sometimes the bowls are overly drenched in dressing, sometimes the salsa is spicer or not, just some quirks, I thought. My most recent order was a less welcome surprise, as I found an order of ground beef nachos came without any meat at all. Seems like quite an oversight.
I enjoy bubakoos, but this location is too inconsistent to recommend, and I will not be returning.

Very nice restaurant, this restaurant has been there for a while but never comes up in the top list in google.
Hats off to the employees there , who had explained on how things work in this restaurant , add to that the Vegetarian Patties were dipped in oil which is exclusive for vegetarians and doesn’t mix
The chips and guacamole weee awesome 🙂 we got one burrito bowl and we shared , it was of perfect quantity. The salsa was pretty flavorful and overall veggies were done right
One thing which I would like is to have more vegetables to stuff in the burrito

We ordered veg burrito and veg quesadilla, both of them were delivered to our place and had meat on them , after paying so much and having this kind of experience is totally unacceptable, now we are eating leftovers sinxe we cannot eat anything that we had ordered , very disappointed and annoyed

Mid… ordering out or having it delivered, comparing what you get when you’re sitting there is a bit different…
I’ll get double the portion size when I sit down to eat. When it’s delivered, I feel like I get ripped off after knowing what I had when I sat down there.
