Very good food and fast service.
Chinese food is my favorite, so I always look forward to places that have what I’m looking for and Panda Express seems to go above and beyond what I am expecting!
Their food is always hot and the employees are ready to help in any way they can.
The honey walnut shrimp is my favorite and the brown steamed rice is usually what I order with it.
I will definitely be back!
Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience!

Panda Express in Henderson, TX is probably the best I’ve been too. Staff stays busy cleaning or serving. Processes in the kitchen are spot on. Food is fresh and visibly fresh. Staff is knowledgeable and competent. I don’t know if I could give any comment to help make the place better..freaking perfect as a business! Please keep it up Panda Express in Henderson! It’s refreshing to see a place work like it’s supposed to!

Food was good, but not a great selection of stuff I can eat. All the chicken was only dark meat. They put seeds on a lot of the entrees, they should have packets to offer if someone wants them. I have a lot of dietary restrictions and the Panda Express in Happy Valley, AZ had so much more for me to choose from.

Stopped by on my lunch break just grabbed a small side the lady taking orders is wonderful, however she was the only one there with a full drive thru and people steadily walking in. Drive thru was all taken care of first before any customers in line. Then there was no change so I could not receive my order because all I had was large bills. Where is her help? A little frustrating! It’s 3 pm and I know now not to go at that time if I want to eat lunch 🙁

Went through the drive-thru Order the beef broccoli and chow mein bowl. Had to pull to the front and wait got my order and when to a gas station and then home my order was wrong. They gave me orange chicken and chow mein bowl. I call back they said I need my recipe I couldn’t find the recipe. You should know what customer you had waiting. The place was not busy it was like four customers two inside me and a car behind me. So I give Panda Express in Henderson Texas 4 thumb down.

I wish that I had known that I could post pictures here, because they would really explain how I felt when I opened the box! All I saw was a mound of white rice, (I ordered fried rice), with a very small amount of chicken and mushrooms. The other entree was covered with large pieces of almost raw broccoli. I do understand, however, that is how a lot of restaurants cook it. It would be nice if they enclosed a knife with the fork, though. I ordered the food by mobile and said that I wanted it ASAP, but when I arrived, they didn’t seem to have gotten the order. I was told to pull around front and they would bring it to me. Well, after about 15 minutes later, I realized that they hadn’t even started on it. The girl that brought the food out was very apologetic for the wait, which had been another 8 minutes. I wish I could say that it was worth the wait, but…….

Food is overpriced for quality. It’s not awful but it is not great either…. Staff seem friendly and it appears to be very clean. It is quick so if you were wanting some Chinese food and don’t have much time, this is an option.

The employees were very nice. Because the Beijing Beef pan insert was almost empty, I asked for fresh Beijing Beef. I was told that the Beijing beef was fresh and had just finished cooking . When I got to my car, I began to eat my meal. The Beijing beef was at a lesser temperature than room temperature. There were two hot pieces of Beijing beef and the rest was cold.. I concluded that the two hot pieces were the pieces that were touching the pan insert. The orange chicken was fresh and hot, however, it was depleted of the sauce that made the orange chicken famous. In other words, the crust was ..almost completely devoid of the sauce..it wasn’t even wet..though the chicken itself was hot and fresh. It was somewhat of a conundrum. The Beijing beef had a delicious tasty sauce but it was cold, while the orange chicken was hot and fresh and almost completely devoid of any sauce. The rice was delicious, however, there were a few obvious large clumps. This was my first time to have this experience at this particular Panda Express. As stated earlier, the employees were very nice. However, on this occasion, they came up a little short on the overall satisfaction of the food. I will return to this restaurant. Hopefully, this day was just a very, very rare day of underachievement.
