I ordered the strawberry shortcake cake for my boyfriend’s mom’s birthday and the banana cream pie barrel for myself. The cake was fantastic!! It had a really strong strawberry smell and taste to it.
The banana cream pie barrel was also fantastic. We will definitely be ordering again. For our first time it was a great first impression.

Cowboy Creamery, much like the town of Middlefield itself, had a quaint, small community vibe to it. The store decor and products were quite vibrant in a clean, sanitary environment. The staff was quite lovely too. I ordered the Zanzibar Chocolate milkshake, and while it admittedly was not the best milkshake I’ve ever had, it still tasted good. I would come back to try other flavors.

Don’t get me wrong their ice cream is absolutely delicious. But anymore their waffle bowls are small than they used to be. And you pay .75 for EACH topping and you cannot even taste them. I get the same exact thing each time. I have even paid for extra toppings and still the same amount. It is absolutely ridiculous. I do not mind paying but I expect what I pay for. Do better yall.

Restrooms. Street level at front of the store. Rear door parking drops down a few steps. No auto handicap doors. Instant service helpers and fast, correct orders. There are many ice cream choices at the counter. Plus gorgeous ice cream cakes and sm. Ice cream tubs. Lots of table seating. Nice birthday party size place. The neighborhood is Amish and English. Lots to enjoy in the neighbirhood.

Ice cream creamy, told they have a custard machine they use for strawberry Cassata cake. Custard should be for cones also. Nice family place. You can order on kiosk or in person. Several tables all wooden seats, except kiddie tables. Some machines to play for prize. Huge gumball machine. See video for more.
