I placed my order online and was provided with an estimated delivery time of about 40 mins. My order was delivered 45 mins AFTER the estimated delivery. Upon opening my order I realized that part of it was wrong. I called to ask for a credit versus them delivering the correct item because I didn’t want to wait another hour and a half for my food. They told me that they are unable to provide a partial credit and proceeded to put me a hold. They left me on hold for over 5 mins before I decided to hung up. I would not recommend this pizza location as they lack professionalism.

If you download the app and order from it. You will get 50% off the entire order the 1st time. I ordered a steak and cheese. Onion rings. And 12 jumbo wings. The sub was delicious. It’s not the best but it is pretty good. I ordered extra meat but there was not much meat on it so I’m afraid of what regular meat looks like. The onion rings are 5 . Crispy skin and hot tender inside. The wings are jumbo size. The Dry Old Bay rub was great. But the Mild Buffalo had zero flavor.

I had an issue with my order. I called and the manager handled it professionally. Reason of the 4 stars review is the inconvenience caused. I will keep ordering food from this place and I hope Pizza Boli’s will improve its food quality.

I ordered 2 large pizzas, give them 30 minutes and drove for more than 6 miles to pick up my order. I was hungry and was excited to eat with my family but they give me burnt pizzas that really ruined my day. Check out the picture for yourself. I had to trash more than half of the pizzas and find something else to eat although late. My advice for the store is to pay close attention to your products and customer service and when you overcook or burn a pizza, don’t give it to your customers in closed package to make a couple of dollars. This is not OK.

OMG I never seen pizza Boli’s sell 0.80Ć Ranch sauce , it’s come with pizza .

The food is delicious but I’m made with employe .

One off the employee make me upset and disrespect me all time .

I hope to teach them how to make good customer service .

It’s not bad. The price to quality ratio is a bit off, 10 bucks for a personal pan pizza is pretty steep. 2 steps above meh, but not amazing, could use a little more flavor in the sauce department.

0 stars would be a more appropriate rating this place is HORRIBLE if you are a boneless wing fan please DO NOT BUY THEM HERE !!! The picture below is what we received I ordered spicy bbq as the picture looks they were PLAIN !!! It took them 3 tries to finally get the sauce for my wings we paid a good amount of money because it was company lunch !!!! & got offered nothing !!! Just a bad lunch experience Just don’t bother!! Fries suck too if you really want to buy from here get regular fries…below is a picture for the fries we received….mushy no flavor kinda wants to make you vomit. 13.99 is what we paid for the wings smh ridiculous. Spend your money at a better place!

Walked in to buy some wings. Waited 30 minutes while others guest orders were completed before ours. When I asked for our food he mentioned it was ready and proceeded beginning to sauce and box our order. When I arrived home our order was wrong. The hot wings were burnt and the lemon pepper wings were coated in hot sauce but had the lemon pepper lazily sprinkled on top. Ranch was room temp at best. First and most likely last visit to this location.

TERRIBLE.
We always order from pizza Boli’s at a different location and it tastes amazing. Here however, the chicken Salad was BAD. Chicken smelled, gave 5 cherry tomatoes and one of them was rotten, salad dressing was given in a tiny container.
The steak and cheese was not tasty either.
How is that same restaurants but different locations have such different tastes in food?
