On 10/6 my family and I order 3 burritos. All missing potatoes and 1 tasted like sand. Picture of inside below (if I could guess the grill might have been dirty) we called and the employee was extremely nice, helpful, and apologized. We were out so we couldnt go back until the next day, which she said was fine and could come back for remakes.
On 10/7 the next day we called for the remakes and another employee answered. She was one of the RUDEST employees I have ever had to deal with in my life! She was so rude to my husband and I. We tried to explain the situation, she cut us off and did not want to hear us. She would only remake 1 burrito, even though they were all missing potatoes (which we paid for) and 1 was covered in black. We went back to the restaurant, and asked for a refund. She said no, and she could only give the 1 burrito. After some time of her YELLING at us, and us trying to explain how she came at us was the problem. She offered to remake the 3 burritos. My husband did not feel safe eating them after how hard she just came at us, so we left.
On 10/12 Days later the “owner?” (Only doing that because the rude employee said she was the owner when we were talking to her) Called my husband and apologized for the miscommunication between employee. She was very apologetic, and listened to my husband when he explained we would have been okay just getting 1 burrito, but the employee was so rude and yelled at us. She told us to come back.
We called back AGAIN, on 10/14 for the remakes. The same RUDE employee answered and was still giving us attitude. Unfortunately for her my mother heard her being RUDE AGAIN to my husband and went down there and demanded a refund. She flipped my mother off while she left.
Ultimately, this was super unfortunate because the other 2 employees were trying to make this situation better and this one bad apple ruined it for them. We gave this place MULTIPLE chances because this was our favorite place when in the area. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place until the problem is solved. (Just some basic retraining of customer service and accountability for all their employees and not just some) my friends and family will not be coming back until then and unfortunately I suggest not to either…
They also did not put the sour cream that they asked me if I wanted.
The wait time was also a good 20 minutes and the place was empty.
In terms of flavor, they were okay. Nothing to write home about. The main issue is how oily they were and the fact that they were a soggy mess. I don’t know if I’ll ever be back.
