Hot take: This is THE best NY style pizza I’ve ever had (and the first pizza in the Rome/New Hartford area that has perfectly crispy thin crust). Every crunchy bite was heaven! We’ve asked others for extra crispy crust & it is always doughy, feeling slightly undercooked.

Sicilian Delight at Sangertown Mall was okay at best. The pizza was super greasy, which was a bit off-putting. Next time, I would wait until I’m leaving the mall and order from a pizzeria. The convenience is nice, but the quality just doesn’t compare to a proper pizza place, of which there are a few in the area.

A few minutes from Utica is Sangertown Square in New Hartford, NY. A little mall with a little food court & a Target.
Surprisingly, we had the tastiest mall pizza from Sicilian Delight.
• Chicken honey bbq ranch pizza
• Garlic broccoli pizza
• Spinach (don’t remember what it’s called)
• Homemade brownie
The pizza was perfect, and my favorite was the garlic broccoli pizza, whereas my daughter really enjoyed the chicken honey bbq ranch slice.
The spinach one needed more cheese to go along with all that spinach. The brownie was a little over-cooked, which made it dry.
The gentlemen that all worked there were polite and always smiling. Will definitely stop by again (as this is the only mall near us).

Probably some of the best pizza in the area. As you can see by my phone all the driver screw this one up. They have a great tomato pie. Eat it cold, do not let them warm it up.

Everytime i go Im greeted properly, Im asked how I am. Its so nice to be able to order quickly and with friendly staff. The pizza is always amazing, salads are fresh. I recommend this place to anyone I know.
