We decided to stop in for lunch.
Love the awesome regional history picture they have in their decor including Tarzan and the Creature from the Black Lagoon.
It is quite busy around lunch time, may have to wait a bit longer than you would want to be served.
The Spicy Cajun Chicken sub lives up to its name. Great flavor and good spice.
Love that they have 3 different size subs.
The macaroni and cheese tastes wonderful the spiral shaped pasta is a suprise.
Love the variety of hot sauces and that they even have packets of A1 sauce aswell.
They have outside and inside seating and also a mobile pickup fast lane.
Definatley a nice place to stop in.

Every time I place an order ahead of time, I expect it to be ready when I arrive. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this location.
During my most recent visit, I placed my order about 10 minutes before arriving. When I got to the window, the employee asked for my name and told me that my order had “just popped up on the screen” and that they would start preparing it. However, there were about five employees working and the restaurant was not busy.
What was most frustrating was that several employees were standing around laughing and talking instead of checking the order screen or preparing the order. After telling me they would make it, the employee stood there for several more minutes continuing to talk and laugh before finally putting on gloves and starting my order.
If customers are encouraged to order ahead for convenience, the expectation is that the order will be ready or at least being prepared when they arrive. This experience made the order-ahead option feel pointless and very frustrating as a customer. I hope management addresses this so future customers receive better service

This was the first Firehouse Subs I’ve ever been to. The staff was amazing, very kind and friendly. And the restaurant was clean. I ordered an Engineer sub with no tomatoes… I got tomatoes and the bread was soggy. I was disappointed with the sub. But I also got fries with Hero sauce and those were delicious. I definitely recommend the fries and sauce.

First visit and I am not impressed. 20+ min wait for 2 sandwiches and an order of fries. I requested a cold italian sub minus mayo and mustard, but keeping italain dressing. What I got instead was a hot sub with no condiments at all and fries with no sauce. The 2nd sub was a little on the soggy side. The meat on the italian sub lacked some flavor, as well. And the cost was about $30. Not worth it for me. Good luck to you if you try it.

Of the sandwich shop offerings in the local area, this one does an outstanding job. The restaurant is clean and well maintained, exterior is kept to a good standard and good options for parking. The staff are always friendly and the wait is usually minimal for my order to be ready. Will certainly be there again and would absolutely recommend.

Enjoyed the ease of access picking up a mobile order. We usually go to Palatka location so I did notice a slight difference in the salad toppings and how they were cut. However, I am always satisfied by the quality of the food!

One visit, I waited four minutes before being acknowledged. I have it on video. They are notorious for leaving people stand up there in an effort to try to force them to use their kiosks which I have no desire to touch. If I had been a few miles away before I got there I would have ordered online but I was in the same parking lot so why not just pull in an order? Unfortunately when you choose to order as a normal person when you show up at the place, the employees don’t appreciate that unless you order it through the kiosk
