I just ordered pick up through the window and it was really easy to swing by and get dinner. The food quality wad better than I was expecting so that was a nice surprise. The breadsticks were particularly good. I ordered the lasagna and the baked spaghetti and meatballs and everything came out well and accurate.

Waited for a long time to try out the new location. We went around 630pm on a Sunday. It had been years since I’ve eaten at Fazoli’s. I wondered if it was going to be as good as I remember. I always ordered chicken fettuccine alfredo and devoured breadsticks. I ordered the loaded fettuccine and it was very good! The chicken was seasoned very well. The breadsticks were even better than I remembered. From what I’ve heard, the place has been packed since they opened so we waited a few weeks. We were very pleased and will definitely be back. The back right corner table had a wiggly top so we had to be careful not to send any drinks flying.

We ate lunch at Fazoli’s on Sunday. Despite being very busy, the service was excellent. The food is good and a great value for the price. My husband got the sampler combo. I had the chicken parm. We both enjoyed our meals. Marvin and the other gentleman working the dining room were spectacular.

I have to be honest here. We tried Fazoli’s and it was not at all what we remembered from years ago. First, the beautiful young lady that took our order was delightful. They were having mechanical problems that day and it was hot in the restaurant, the staff was doing the best they could!! She took our order, went to get our frozen ice drink, she never stopped smiling. As we ate, she was bringing plates to the dining room, she was also busting the tables, wiping tables, the drink making was broken so she was putting ice out for tea, and keeping the tea filled, and basically doing whatever needed to be done. I asked her if she did everything, and she said not dishes as we laughed. She was great!! The food was honestly not great, the sausage in my dish was overdone and hard. It may have been due to the mechanical system issues, I’m not sure, but kudos to the staff that day as they were doing the best they could and they were busy!! I regret I didn’t get the young lady’s name so I could give her a shout out here!

Good little Italian place. It was our first time here! There was a long line to place and order (but they just opened that’s normal) we saw a friend in line to get his food that had already been waiting for 20 mins, by the time he got it, it took 45 mins (for a to go order) that’s a little crazy. Our experience was better, only waiting 20 ish. The service is great! The food isn’t top tier but what fast food place is. Definitely good for cheaper Italian place! We’ll be back for sure.

Denise and the rest of the staff were amazing! Super sweet and attentive and very kind. The food is your typical fast food Italian (i.e quality similar to Olive Garden) but very inexpensive and delicious. $7.99 for two pastas, a drink, and unlimited breadsticks is a deal not even McDonalds can beat. I was in town visiting a friend and just had to go. Now I wish Charleston, SC, could have one.

First time there, They were doing a shift change and nobody addressed us for 5 mins. I had the Italian sub and my wife had the spaghetti and meatballs. The bread sticks we excellent, but they should be served with marinear sauce. The price points are good, This is a new building and the table was rocking and unlevel. The ceiling tiles showed water leaks. This should not be on a new building.

Update. Decided to give it another try today. Found a black hair in my salad. I know this can happen anywhere but since I was already disappointed, this did not help.
