Ordered extra large turkey & link combo…not worth the price, missing part of the order – got 1 of 3 links, tips were not fresh and no bread. Service was nicer (order taker very friendly). Ordered a few other items all was up in less than 20 minutes. Wings were tasty…right amount of fry on them. Overall the place was clean, friendly service but meal didn’t meet our expectations.

I drove from Saint John Indiana to try this place. @1pm the ribs and rib tips were amazingly OLD. The fish and chicken was fried in old grease. The best thing about this place was the bread and sauce. I ordered Mac and Cheese and greens and didn’t receive them. My order was 18 On 12-30-25. Never ever again.

The food was ok chicken was fried nicely just a tad too salty… however service is terrible.. the white girl they have at the counter is just not welcoming!!! I placed my order on my break and left to do a store run.. when I got back they forgot about my order and I never got an apology or nothing for this.. the cook told me he would give me some catfish with my order for the inconvenience but the young lady from the front instructed him not to and he listened…. This is not how you do business and I figured it should be put out there to avoid others having this bad experience

After a bad experience at the Taylor location, I decided to try this one close to home. The ribs were good well cooked. The chicken was soggy and it had a funny flavor. I also ordered a small catfish which was not regular catfish and they took one fillet and cut it into five pieces. Restaurants should be obligated to tell you if they’re going to sell swai fish. Please be specific and put Chinese catfish if you’re going to sell it! two thumbs down!

The ricketts that use to be across the street from this one bbq was soooo goo. I tried it at the new location I order large pork tips it was so much grease at the bottom soaking into the little fries they gave me I said I wanted my fries on top my ribs and then I checked the box for thin cut it was not cut thin they was more like hammock cut and then I check mild sauce on everything it was only a pinch of sUce I had to use my sweet baby rays sauce my husband like beef links they only had pork or turkey he got the pork he said it was ok . We spent $50 and it wasn’t worth it I will not be back.

I got the 3 pc chicken dinner. They fill it all the way up. Big pieces. The bread is moist and tasty. It melted in my mouth. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The mild sauce is unique. All in all it gets a 4.6/5 for me. I just prefer Harold’s and sharks over every chicken spot in Chicago. Nun has beaten that yet .
