I’m here visiting my daughter and grandkids. I decided that it would be great to have Popeyes to go with the Red Beans that I cooked! It was ridiculous! I’d ordered the 20.00 special with fries! The fries was the only somewhat decent thing! The chicken was old not fresh at all! The biscuits were hard as rocks! I’m from Louisiana and that meal was ridiculous and embarrassing! Funds uselessly spent!

Wrong. It’s always just wrong at this Popeye’s. You must always check your order here because it will be wrong. I ordered a 5 piece mix of drumstick and thighs with mashed potatoes and received chicken wings and breasts with French fries. It wasn’t even close! I’m not going to point the finger at any one staff member. All these cumulative errors add up to poor management and absence in leadership. You know where the incompetence is in your team, act like a leader and get rid of them or put them in the back washing dishes! Don’t forget, you have competition. After a while, people won’t only have to decide if they want pay for your food, they will have also decide if they want to pay and run the risk getting the wrong order. After a while, people will get tired of the mistakes and just turn elsewhere. These careless mistakes on straightforward food screams that you don’t care.

The employee working at the front counter today 7:30pm 09/30/2025
time (a heavier/fat -set male, name unknown) ignored me entirely while prioritizing in-store customers. As a delivery partner, I understand that in-store guests are important, but so are the Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers who contribute significantly to your store’s revenue. Acknowledging us with basic courtesy goes a long way in maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

In contrast, your daytime staff — especially the women who typically work the front — are always friendly, respectful, and professional. Unfortunately, the night shift team has consistently shown poor attitude and a lack of regard for delivery partners.

I am writing to report a very disappointing experience I had at one of your locations. I placed an online order under the name “Angel”, and shortly afterward I created an account. When I arrived at the store to pick up my food, the young man at the counter told me there was no order under my name.

I showed the woman working there my receipt twice, yet she still refused to prepare my order and continued looking through her screen as if she didn’t believe me. I even asked her what else she needed me to show her because I had already provided all the proof. Despite this, I had to wait over 20 minutes before they finally made my order.

This situation felt extremely unfair and unprofessional. I was honest, I showed proof, and I should not have been treated as if I was trying to claim food I didn’t pay for. The delay and lack of customer service were unacceptable.

Great place to bring the family and enjoy Southern Style Country Cooking. The food is good, you get in line as you enter to place your order & pay. Then they bring the food to your table. The atmosphere is lively with the kids running around outside playing games while the parents & friends talk and converse as they eat. Enjoy & Bon Appetit!!!

The girl that’s always at the window with the bun in her head never knows anything It’s always on idk. Then the boy with the gap at the drive thru I think DT is cocky. I told them throw me in an extra biscuit since they forgot one that I ordered on the side, I mean no big deal right? I’m always there and they most of the time forget things which is why I always check so the fact that he claims they can’t just give me an extra biscuit for free since they forgot mine is insane to me. Yet he blamed it on the ppl who bag the food which I’m sure is him.
