Second time coming here, and had the same problem as the first. Although the meal was very good on both occasions, good portion size and tons of flavor 1. Steak tip calzone, 2. Steak tip sub. Both times they were just extremely greasy. My steak tip sub had grease all over the wrapper and started pouring out at one point. The whole sub was all saugy due to the amount of grease.

Misleading app and zero accountability. We love their pizza, and I decided to try their broccoli cheddar bites. From their app it looked like it was vegetarian (just cheese and broccoli) but when we got them delivered there was bacon inside. I’m a vegetarian of 20 years, I called to ask if I was given the wrong food and the girl who answered hung up on me the first time, and then when I called back to follow up she had absolutely nothing to say. They really push you using their app but then don’t stand behind it when it has false information? What if this had been an allergy? This could be so dangerous. I spent $13 on food I cannot eat and they offered nothing to fix it. Even though their app is incorrect and not a real photo that doesn’t even accurately describe the food. Beware if you have allergies the app is not accurate.
Update: In response to the owner’s comment, I want to clarify what actually happened. The employee hung up on me during the first call without a word. When I called back, she was very rude, and at no point did she offer to get a manager or attempt to resolve the issue. I paused several times specifically to give her the chance.
I was not rude, and I’m certainly not a “keyboard warrior.” I left the review because the app listed incorrect ingredients and the interaction I had when I tried to ask about it was handled poorly. My experience stands as described.

My husband and I have been ordering from Niccolini for years. Last night I got a Greek wrap and my husband got a steak tip wrap. We also got a side of french fries and chicken wings. This was the best Greek wrap I’ve ever had. It was loaded with fresh feta cheese, tomatoes, black olives, and Romain lettuce. There was a decent amount of onions, but not too overpowering. I also really love their Greek dressing and the option for a wheat wrap. My husband‘s steak tip wrap was fantastic as well. They have the best french fries and their chicken wings are more of a wingding style, which we really love. Always crunchy on the outside and tender and juicy in the middle. Delivery usually comes before the estimated time and the drivers are always friendly and smiling. I really love that they have a new app and that you can earn rewards points. I also received an email for a discount when using the app for the first time which was a really nice touch. We can’t wait to try some of the new items we noticed in the app like a white pizza and mozzarella bites. Thank you, Nicolinni for having consistently delicious food and great service!
