Pleasantly surprised!
We haven’t had Little Caesars in years, but we were happy to see that the pizza is a lot better than we remembered. The menu is crazy wide and the prices are way better than their competitors in the area. We’re not exactly pizza connoisseurs so we’re not sure if it would be considered ‘good’ pizza, but it definitely met our expectations for the price we paid.
* Ultimate Supreme: 9/10 – decent proportion of toppings and perfect cooking time
* Buffalo Wings: 4/10 – not enough sauce and could’ve been crispier
I recommend ordering online and then picking it up because the process is super convenient. You don’t even have to interact with anyone because they have these innovative heated stations called ‘Pizza Portals’! Just type in the code that they give you and you can take out your food when the given slot opens up.
It’s located in the Newport Plaza which can get crowded during peak times, but you should always be able to find a parking spot.
We’ll definitely be ordering from here more often!

Wow! This place is just consistently the very worst Little Caesars that I’ve ever eaten at. Tonight’s pretzel Crust Pizza was abominable. The pretzel crust pizza had literally zero cheese sauce, the Italian cheese bread was under seasoned and not the correct shape. Surprisingly the crazy bread was very good. My double pepperoni pizza with crazy crust is a laughing stock in my family. The crust was burnt. It also appeared they did a baking soda wash as if it was a pretzel crust and they were so stingy with the butter sauce and Parmesan that the pizza box was not greasy at all.

Ordered online. I’m ok with a long wait, but then the online status said it was ready and it was not…for another FIFTY MINUTES. Why lie to us? To look good to corporate?
Then we got home and the pizzas were BURNED and not even cut into slices. They clearly didn’t check the food they are giving out.
Employee said they are very busy because “it’s graduation week.” That can excuse a long wait, it doesn’t excuse lying about it being ready or giving us food that’s not edible.

I’m just not sure how you could get a worse location. How do you make a deep dish pizza with only half of it with cheese on it? This restaurant is is complete disarray, no leadership, no organization, and no quality control. This place needs serious help and I don’t recommend anyone ever order anything from this location.

Don’t waste your time, placed an order wasn’t ready for 2 hours literally just a pepperoni and a cheese. All the employees are just standing around talking in the back behind the oven and in the freezer. I watched them for over an hour just laughing and throwing sauce around. There was what seemed to be no manager or anyone with any kind of sense of urgency nor any time management. This place is disgusting and im disturbed that its even able to keeps its license to operate a business.

The lady Melissa was so rude, my order said was gonong to be ready at 207 to 211pm got there about 215pm and they didnt even start my order so I ask for a refund and Melissa got so mad and gave me attitude I asked her not to speak to me this way and she had the nerve to say I was rude. I told her everyone can hear her being rude and how I was being respectful. Then the manager came out and yelled at me and asked me to leave said I was yelling but it was another customer Melissa was arguing with. The manager has no manners at all!! Didn’t even say sorry!! Melissa and the manager have no business working as customer service! This is the worst place I have ever been to! IWILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN AND I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE!!!I SEE ALL THE REVIEWS AFTER AND WISH I NEVER WENT THERE!!!

I have ordered from this location several times and every time the order is placed over the phone 100% of the time it’s the wrong order . Today I placed an order online we pick up 50 minutes after order was placed we get told someone “stole” our order out of the pizza holder. Which is weird because I never received a pin . Usually once your order is ready it’ll send you a pin for the portal never was received . Spoke with the “manager” Selena who claims that this happens all the time but not to worry because she just popped some new pizzas in the oven. Do people not care about other peoples time? Hello that’s why we ordered online . Please get better workers and managers that know how to resolve these types of issues . This is horrible customer service

I have gone there multiple times and got the worst customer service every time. The employees there just ignored me and multiple other customers for more then 10 minutes. We were just trying to order. While I was waiting 10 minutes to order. There was a employe in the back with wild looking hair with no hair net or anything to stop his hair from getting in the food. I walked out of there. Thay need to train there employees better.

Not entirely sure what’s going on here but we were displeased with our service today. Walked into an understaffed store one cashier and one pizza maker despite their being 7 of us customers. The lady with the face mask at the register couldn’t be bothered mostly due to high stress. The icing on the cake was that our pizza was burnt once we got home so that wasn’t cool. Y’all need to step it uppppp!

These people just do not care at all. I order online and the order was supposed to be ready at 5:20. I get there at 5:25 and I did not get the pizza till an hour later. Almost 630.
